The reader is encouraged to think about their personal dream experiences and using simple language the author talks about lucid dreaming and her experiences. I actually felt excited whilst reading this book because it makes you realise just how much we can do in our sleep and with lucid dreaming. It's written in a really readable way and I'm actually planning to re read it so that I can effectively apply all the tips and hopefully have some really cool lucid dreaming sessions!

Excellent book. Very detailed with a lot of helpful tips. And the author is awesome, as she will answer any questions you have about the book, and provide you with a lot of other information for free.

Very well written, simple language and well structured, the book starts with scientific analysis of lucid dreaming, moves into practical tips on how to induce lucid dreams and moves into slightly deeper subjects such as meditation, dream analysis and exploring your psyche. This is a light read and could be extremely helpful, not only to play with your dreams but also get better control of your thoughts. Well done.

Id say this is much more a beginners guide as the title stats. It does not go into great depth on any one topic more generalizations.Most of this information can be found by reading a few blog posts and a few videos. But I appreciate it all in one location to jump start my ludic dreaming journey.
