I started doing T-tapp two months ago using the basic plus. I have lost inches doing a fifteen minute workout for two weeks and then every other day. It order for you to get the best results you have to get your form right. I love the T-tapp exercise program. I have purchased several other versions. I used this one for my workout this morning and just from the first instructional workout I was able to really tweak my form. There are 3 more DVDs that you use as you progress. Even though this is described as a Rehab Program I think everyone should start here especially if you are out of shape. They include a finger and foot DVD which is great if you have feet issues or you use a computer frequently. They include another DVD that really helps explain why T-tapp works.

I have always loved all Teresa's workouts. May she rest in peace. This has been so helpful. I used to do her advanced workouts in my 20s and 30s but after having my 3rd child at 41 and gaining 70 pounds and having severe thyroid problems and R.A. my preconceptions of T-tapp were way too intimidating.This changed that!!! These are a god sent 4 me! I have severe joint pain and extreme hypothyroidism, I'm a non converter.These help my pain and tight all the jiggle, *when I'm dilagent*

I bought these boards for my daughter since she teaches English at an elementary school. She told me she was looking for a set like this that had lines so her kids could practice their handwriting. This is the only set I found on here, and I was a bit nervous to order since it lacked reviews, but I’m very glad I did. I bought these for a bday party favor. Very educational and fun at the same time. Kept kids entertained for hours. Younger ones practiced letters, older kids played hang man.
