Q: On the first of use, one of the poles got bent at the top so the house doesn't stand up. Is there a way to purchase a replacement pole?

I have no idea. I had nothing but trouble with this tent. I contacted Amazon and returned it for a different tent. They say this easy assembly, I found nothing easy about it.
