Nice
A little thinner than I expected but that’s not a fault. Very nice and functions well.

Perfect for my keychain.
I wanted a carabiner that meets the following criteria:— Small enough to be comfortable on a keychain— Strong enough that objects won't magically unhook from the product. This product met my criteria with ease.I bought two for my keychain which I use to hold a pocket flashlight on one and a swiss army knife on the other (yes, it's as bulky as it sounds). I am confident that those items will not fall out of the carabiner.I have not tested the 1/4" bit driver and I don't think I will realistically ever get a chance to test it, but that's besides the point. It's an additional feature. This carabiner rocks.

Light and simple, driver slot a LITTLE too loose
This mini carabiner is definitely “mini” - be sure you look at the photos to see the size. I’ve connected it to my key ring and am using it to attach a couple of items I carry with me:-ThinOptics compact readers.-A tiny flashlight.-A double sided titanium bit (Philips on one side, straight slot on the other). If you’ve been traveling and actually need to deal with removing a screw or tightening one, it’s awfully handed to have a screwdriver. (For example: stayed in a hotel that screwed the windows shut - climate control sucked, so I wanted to open the window.)Two things keep this from being 5 stars:-It’s just a little too small to get much leverage or to be used as a non-weight bearing carabiner. Something closer to a “full size” would be more useful, both in terms of working as a key ring AND to use to deal with screws.-The hole for the bit is just a little too large, so bits slide through it very easily - have to put your thumb on top to keep it from popping off the bit. Not a big deal with a regular bit, but I carry a two-sided one with me and it’s uncomfortable to push down on it with my thumb to keep the bit in place. If you carry any sort of pocket tool with you, this probably is of little use. I typically carry a pocket tool, but when flying the the options are limited.I admit that one of the appeals of this was that it is made of titanium and I do love a piece of titanium - I did not, however, do any tests to determine that it’s really made of that wonderful, lovely material.

The best carabiner I've ever had!
Super light, super sturdy and less noticeable when attached to your belt loop/backpack/pocket, etc. A beautiful piece of machinery!

Exactly what I wanted
They're just as described, and high quality. No complaints here.

Nice, small biner - but hardly better than a $1 biner - for 10x the price
It’s amazingly hard to acquire a regular, normal, small carabiner, 1.5” or smaller. Down to 1.9” is easy, you can get 10 for $10 (in stainless steel) from a hundred different suppliers. But a regular biner much smaller than that is seriously difficult to find. Presumably the manufacturers think there’s no market, no demand for the really smaller ones. And maybe they’re even right. But I have a couple of such really small biners, which came along included with various small gizmos like small flashlights, and they (the really small biners) are wonderful, marvelously useful. I like to use them to clip small things to, say, a belt loop without looking like I’m climbing K2 or going to war.So this Gear Spool mini carabiner, only 1.375” (1-3/8”) long, is an obvious attraction. It’s certainly nicely made, and clips real fine - although hardly better than ‘most any biner. And it’s even a fairly normal, regular carabiner. Except it’s got a 1/4” bit driver bizarrely hanging off its butt end, to little good purpose. I’m a very active tool user, but I don’t happen to use or need a 1/4” bit driver more than half a dozen times a year, it’s ridiculous to carry one around all the time. They might as well have used the space to include a micro emergency ration of peanut butter on the end of their biner. Or better yet, come to think of it, just omit the cutesy add-on entirely and let the biner be 1/4” shorter still, what an amazing idea that would be!And, oh yeah, this mini biner is also distinctive in its being made out of titanium. Very cute, but quite pointless. The weakest-link principle applies, the biner is no stronger than its springy steel closure gate, same as on almost all small biners, so the ti provides no actual benefit, beyond bragging rights. But presumably they think the ti entitles them to charge 10x the price, there’s certainly nothing else here that could be justifying the crazy high price. Will be interesting to see how long that lasts.By the way, regarding packaging, this 1.4” long biner comes in a nice, small, 4” long ziploc plastic bag, which Amazon put inside an 18” long envelope for shipment and delivery to me - an 18” *padded* envelope, as if such padding were gonna’ protect this tiny titanium biner from damage! Amazon is thereby nominated for most-crazy-over-packaging award.Anyway, this would be a plenty nice enough carabiner for $1 or maybe even $2, would rate it 4 or 5 stars, never mind the silly bit driver. But at 10x the price, I can’t think of anybody to whom, or any purpose for which, I would recommend buying this carabiner, unless maybe somebody looking for an excuse to go around saying “ask me about my titanium biner!” Under the circumstances, I think I’m being quite generous in rating this carabiner 3 stars.

Nicely designed and manufactured. Misses a little on usability for the price point.
General-Size: It’s larger than most little clips I’ve used, but it’s no too large.-Appearance: Very nice smooth surface..-Clip Tension: Nice and tight.-1/4” Hex Bit Tool: Hex bits fit well. A finger is needed to keep it from going though the hole. Thumb seems to work OK.Use Case*Clip on Items - I use the hex bit hole to attach it to a ring and use the clip for attaching temporary items, like rental car keys or hotel keys or borrowed keys.-It is a bit bigger than most (but not too big) and the gate tension is good. All positive.-It does make the Hex Bit Tool something that is needed only in a pinch since it takes some time to wind it off the ring. Unless you’re patient…I’m not. That and I’ll need to have a hex bit which I generally don’t carry.I think the main positioning of this is as a Hex Bit Tool*Hex Bit Tool (1/4”) - Use it as a hex bit tool, and use the clip to attach it to a key chain ring. This would be fine in a pinch. If this is indeed the main use, then it should probably be made bigger to carry a hex bit and this would also provide more leverage (although the leverage isn’t bad).Summary:The clip is well-made, but the design for the use cases have drawbacks. With the price premium for it, a star knocked off.
