Easy to cut to size
They needed a little cutting to fit in my new shoes, they stuck well and make my shoes much more comfortable. Great for the price.

Perfect for making worn trainers wearable again
Spent a fortune on some nike trainers and in moths the heels were worn away exposing the plastic that caused blisters and cuts when worn. These easily stuck over it making the trainers wearable again. Cheap, have stayed in place and did the repair job perfectly.

Dont stay in place
These pads don’t stay in place, so basically they don’t do the job intended.
