Solar Flood Lights, Findyouled 60LED Outdoor Waterproof Security Wall Lights

The media could not be loaded.  When becoming more aware of dark areas around the house and trying to cost of running security lights these LED spotlights are a good idea.A large solar panel charges during the day and a light sensor turns on the light at night.The solar panel is about 6 by 7 inches and has an On/Off press switch on the back and a short lead to half of a waterproof connector.The other half of this connector is connected to the LED light which throws out a night amount of light (200 lumens) which none of us understand, but it covers a wide area with plenty of light. The cable is about 16 feet long so you can place the sensor out of reach. The light has an adjustable bracket on the back and screw holes to secure it.Having now run the light for a week in the UK winter I can say that the light stays on for most of the night after a bad day of clouds. On a sunny day it will last all night until dawn.We have a dark passage down the side of the house so have installed the panel to the south facing tiles and run the cable down and behind the gutter to the light and its dark no more.As with all these things it used to be the battery and how soon it will fade but with a 3 year warranty I guess Im less worriedNice product

Nice Light, however description is incorrect, The solar panel is maximum 2 watts (NOT 5 watts as description states). Other than that, works fine.

Very bright with a good day of sun. Drained to the point of being off however after 2 consecutive dark cloudy days. If it can get a couple of hours of sun, it charges up. Lasts from about 5pm when it switches on till about 10:30-11pm on the full power mode. Haven't tried it on the lower power. My only complaint is you can't set the light level you want it to switch on at. It switches on at early dusk which is really too early. A sensitivity dial would be great. Then it would last well into the darkest night, not draining power when you don't really need it. It's bright enough to light up a house wall at about 10-15 feet from the wall.

Failed to work. There is no way of knowing when the switch is on or off so I had to charge up one day with the button clicked and the next day with the button clicked again. One was on and one was off. (Why would you not have a button that was clearly marked on or off?) However, neither actually worked and no light was produced. I will return. All my other solar purchases work more sensibly, so don't be put off the idea, but I would advise avoiding this particular one.

I spent absolutely ages researching various solar lights. I wanted a light(s) above a fish pond so nothing too bright. I originally considered 2 spotlights but eventually fell on this. Described as Floodlights so I was a bit dubious as I didn't want too bright a light above the fish. Ordered this based on others feedback and various reviews I read. It was either this at £25 or 2 spots at £30 each, I plumbed for this. Set it up very easily and it got probably 3 hours waning daylight. Dusk fell and the light came on and I must say absolutely perfect for above my pond, enough light to illuminate the whole pond area but not too bright so as to be garish. Time will tell now as to how long it lasts. Very impressed and I recommend this for "soft" illumination.

This worked perfectly during the first night : 8 hours of comfortable light. (4 Lux) because the battery was fully charged at delivery.The next day the battery was depleted and had to be charged by the sunlight the panel received.It then only worked for 1 hour each night and that hour started 30 min too soon, when it was still possible to see clearly without light.One Led has already gone AWOL.The power of 2 watts of the panel is measured with an illumination by the Sun of 1000W.In cloudy climates this value is much lower however.If you live in Florida, Arizona or Spain this light would probably work perfectly all night.For cloudy conditions, the panel should be at least 4 times as big.

So impressed with these lights. I bought them to be up lighters on trees but to be honest they are so bright it’s more of garden illumination. They are really well made. I am ordering more to go down the side of the house. After lots of research I’m glad I got these.

It really depends what purpose you are requiring this light for...As a security light, it lights up a small area so not really useful for large areas unless you install multiple fittings. More importantly, this unit only works when the charging unit is exposed to direct sunlight, otherwise the light will not come on. I managed to get upto 8 hours of lighting following full days of sun exposure, which promptly reduced to less than 2 hours of lighting following an overcast day! You can probably expect very little usage over the long dark winter months which makes the unit rather useless in winter. In fact, I am thinking of uninstalling the unit to save wear and tear and reinstalling once Spring comes around. In summary, can be useful to light up small areas in summer (assuming good sunny days) but really limited usefulness in overcast conditions.

Installation ultra simple - brancher le câble du projecteur derrière le panneau solaire soit 3 secondes (5m de cable donc permet de positionner les 2 éléments ou l'on souhaite ) . Appuyer sur le bouton ON/OFF derrière le panneau solaire ( et pas le projecteur ) . J'ai mis en place à midi et le soir cela fonctionnait . Je me suis couché à 2H et cela marchait toujours ( soit 5H non stop et cela éclairait toujours. . ) . La fabrication semble très correcte. Cela fait 3 jours d'utilisation et la pluie est déjà arrivée, toujours aucun souci. J'essayerais de laisser un commentaire si problème. Pour info , aucun réglage ou détecteur de mouvement , ne fait que s'allumer à la tombée de la nuit et s'éteint toute seule .24/12/2016 : toujours satisfait. Même en plein hiver avec peu de soleil, éclaire 3H par jour et pas de perte de luminosité.

Le produit fonctionne très bien, avec bouton ON/OFF pour l'utiliser quand on veux.Eclaire suffisamment pour une zone de passage ou un petit abris de jardin, mais pas assez puissant pour vraiment éclairer une terasse lors d'une soirée. Ne remplace pas un spot fixe.

Eclairage chaud, lumineux mais le blanc froid aurait été plus efficaceParfait en terme d'éclairage.S'installe facilement, fil de longueur suffisante.

très bon éclairage pour jardin.Apres une journée ensoleillée, l'autonomie de cet appareil est de pratiquement toute la nuit.Le rayon d'éclairage est assez important , je pense dans les 200m2.lampe solaire solide, car en métal.Je recommande.

Ne fonctionne plus après 2 ans de fonctionnementLa batterie n’a pas tenu la durée pourtant je l’utilisait pas toute l’année du coup du racheter une batterie car le panneau solaire est de bonne qualité et résistant c’est pour cela que je prend le risque de racheter que la batterie.
