We needed a new cooker when we moved in as the old one was an inch thick with grime. We haven't got much of a budget, so took a chance on this as it is cheap. To be honest, the price DOES NOT reflect the quality at all. I'd have happily paid double for this. It's a beautiful oven, which arrived packaged in enough protective wood that we've literally been able to put up a shelf in the bathroom cupboard! I'm really unsure how somebody has said it arrived damaged - to the point that I question whether it was a genuine review!The two gentlemen that delivered it were prompt, efficient and willing to get it down some stairs into the kitchen for me.It's intuitive, easy to use, and does the job perfectly.

We bought this for our new home and renovated kitchen as it looks so good. We only gave 4 stars as we haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's going to be great.My partner accidentally broke one of the dials when we were unpacking, so I contacted customer services to see where we could get a new one and they sent us one free of charge. So customer services you get 5 stars thank you

On trying the fan oven it didn’t work, previous customer service was fab but they have not got back within a month, looks lovely but completely faulty. If you want a display oven only then it’s great

There's another review that says it fell apart when unpacking, and I thought that's ridiculous and not possible. My oven fell apart when it was unpackaged. The main oven door was clearly already damaged with the top hinge missing completely and the fixing points obviously ripped out of their mounts. Hob enamelling badly chipped. Lastly, didn't realise that each oven only has one shelf/rack meaning you can't cook anymore than one tray at a time, and as ovens are different sizes you can't interchange them.It is a good looking appliance and suits my kitchen well, but need this whole unit replaced.

This oven is the dogs nuts.Highly recommend this because it’s all singing all dancing.

Great cooker lots of space. Was worried as never heard about f the make WillowHowever one of the knobs came off after 2 weeks and cannot get it back on

Appliance bought to replace an old range cooker that was beginning to have problems

Looks great, and worked really well for 2 months. Then the ovens stopped working. Gas rings still working fine. Seller fobbed me off to manufacturer, who tried to say I probably hadn’t had it installed correctly. Finally agreed to send engineer, but in approximately 6-8 weeks. Ridiculous customer service. Now in the middle of asking Amazon to intervene.
