I own a 2004 PT Cruiser Limited edition. Car ran smooth for the longest, has still yet to cross 100,000 miles. At about 85,000 miles I started experiencing rough idling, hesitation, poor shifting, and extreme lack of power to the point of stalling out while going up steep hills, etc. I live in the desert in SOCAL so this was a major issue that needed addressing. After having my car diagnosed by about a dozen local shops, each one had their own theory and of course extremely overpriced estimate.I did some research online and it was recommended to replace my camshift position sensor. Of course the first place I turned to for the part was Amazon. Took a chance on a $12 part, installation was AMAZINGLY with youtube videos available on how to do it. I am a complete newbie when it comes to cars, and I was able to do this in about 20 minutes!Have not had the problem since swapping out the part! Best $12 I've spent in ages. Quality seems to be identical to the original OEM sensor that was removed. So far I have high hopes for this and I thank the seller for helping me get my car back on the road!

This cam sensor was easy to change on my 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I wasn't having an issue with the old one but I changed to this one for peace of mind. It works well and was a good fit for my car. The sensor only cost a few bucks even though it is such an important part on the car. I would buy it again if ever I needed to.
