Everbuild LJROT05 Lumberjack Masonry and Brick Dry Rot Treatment, 5 Litre

I bought this product to use on some timber that had dry rot growing all over it. I had stupidly put tarpaulin over it whilst it was wet and left it to fester. I thought my timber was ruined and this was a last gasp attempt. The product states it’s for Masonry but does not mention timber. I used this product and immediately I could see how well it had worked. After a few days the dry rot had completely disappeared, and the following weekend I was installing the decking. A great product that works to a high standard. The delivery was fast and it was packaged well.

On receipt I immediately applied to to to affected area.it is only now some 3 weeks later but there is clear evidence of web like growth drying up and dropping off the wall and joists .i have give it 4 only because I think a full appraisal is a little early .in another few weeks a 5 might be fully appropriate . Here's hoping ! But certainly so far so good

Brilliant products that really works. Ascyou can see in before and after pics I had a sudden crop of scary looking fungi in my attic room just as country entered lockdown. In desperation I ordered this product based on the reviews. I am not at all handy and had no idea what to do but sprayed this on and three months later there is still no sign of anything returning.

Used to treat an old room rot and woodworm, is simple to apply and seems to penetrate both masonry and wood very well, much less odour than another brand i tried which gave everyone headaches for days and left an oily finish on everything. This seems far superior and hopefully will be effective against the rot, it did seem to reduce the visible surface strands significantly.

Have no reason to doubt it won't do the job (only used yesterday) but whilst a very good price, I was disappointed with extended delivery time.
