Honey shipped is crystallized
Tried a couple tbsp's. Is this honey supposed to be solid? Videos and reviews i havce seen since trying this have honey in "honey like" liquid? Did i receive bad honey? If so i would like a replacement or refund. Label on side of honey states exp 2024.edit 1/5/2023. Amazon would not allow return of product due overwhelming shipping traffic until after new year...now when i went to do return/refund, amazon says this is not to be returned/refunded. Very disappointed with this customer service.

Just got my mad honey and it is crystallized too . I have ordered plenty of this honey and this time it comes like this I would not recommend or get from somewhere else
