Energy efficient
Bought in preparation for the change in energy prices as we seldom used the full capacity of a 3000KW (normal kettle).1/2 litre boils in about 4 minutes and is enough for our needs. If you’re looking to start saving ahead of the bill rises, this product will help maintain a lower energy use.Sleek black in colour with an illuminated on off switch. The kettle is cordless and sits onto a corded base.It only goes on one way, which after swapping to this from a kettle with a centralised power point, was a bit of a pain, but have got used to taking a bit more care and time, just to make sure it’s in the right place.

I love it!
Cons... the lid wont stay up when youre filling it and needs a wack to close it properly. It also takes ages to turn off when its boiling.Pros... saying that, it doesnt take long to boil. The cord is a nice length, its a cute little kettle and I love it.

Faulty kettle possible fire hazard
Ideal size for my campervan but does not switch off when it boils. Unfortunately we did not notice immediately and it boiled dry causing excessive damp and a fire hazard, the element was glowing red when we realised there was a problem.

Not for someone with weak hands
This kettle is lightweight, holds enough for about 3-4 mugs, but the lid is too stiff to open and close if you have strength problems with your hands.

Dangerous product
After using this kettle a few times found that the coating on the element was breaking up. Had previously noticed particles in tea cup but initially thought it was a tea bag breaking up, it proved to be the coating deposits breaking away.

It's a small kettle!
Practical for a single person. Unfortunately it clicks off part way through a boil and has to be switched on again to get your water up to temp.
