Warm Company Warm and Natural Cotton Batting with 45 x 60-inch Crib

Lovely batting to go inside a quilt. Easy to sew with and veyy good quality. It didn't disintegrate whilst being moved about which I have found with other brands. Would recommend as whilst it's thin, it makes a very warm quilt.

This stuff is amazing. I wanted to make my daughter a costume for her first world book Day at school. First she asked to be the Grinch which I said yes to. Started researching and too much work. Then she asked to be the Highway Rat. Then I realized that we had been reading a favourite book of mine I read as a child. Owl babies. I used this fabric to make the poncho/dress and the individual feathers. It was a few hours of hard work but a pair of scissors, a hot glue gun and a strong back were worth it to see her reaction. I purchased 2 packets to make the owl. I would definitely use again.

I have bought this product before, because as far as I am concerned it is the best. I do alot of machine embroidery which requires a soft feel, especially if it is for quilting; I am never disappointed with The Warm Companys' products. The batting washes well and stays in shape and size; I use both the white and natural colours for my embroidery. A brillliant product.

Found this product easy to cut and sew and they seem to work for oven gloves which is why I bought it. So yes heat resistant and would recommend.

Lovely product for quilting. Very easy to work with. Doesn't move around whilst sewing. Is thick enough to provide warmth but thin enough to make machine sewing easy. Would definitely buy again

I used this wadding for a baby quilt / playmat and was very pleased it was easy to use and a natural product- very happy with it .

Doesn't look much, but it is absolutely packed. When I saw this I thought it was going to be a small packet but boy was I so wrong. Glad I bought 2 packs as it does take a couple of weeks to arrive. But don't give up hope as it is coming from America. The wadding is a really lovely quality and very soft. I would definitely recommend it and will certainly buy it again.

Very good value for money. Nice quality and thickness and suits my purpose completely. Will not hesitate to buy more of this.

First thing, all batting and fabric is expensive, so any project you *think* is going to be cheaper than buying it made these days, it’s just no longer true. However!! The satisfaction of creating something different that no one has, is unmatched. This batting does just that. I made 6 double sided placemats with it, and this batting is just the right thickness. (Sorry no photo of finished project-work in progress, I’ll add later). I had never used it before but I’m very pleased with it: it cuts through easy, either with scissors or rotary cutter. Sews through just as easy, though you need to pin it to both sides of fabric. I chose not to use a free motion foot, so some of my straight lines aren’t as straight and it puckered a little, and slipped in some parts so I had to re-trim, which was totally fine. But I’m very satisfied with it, I decided to use the leftover to make different placemats, so I’ll have to buy some more. Wish I had gotten the larger piece, but that’s okay. I do recommend it. Perfect thickness for lightweight projects. If you’re making a large summer blanket/quilt that may also work well.
