I like it is easy to ingest. It has boost my energy level. I suggest this brand. I tried another brand. It allows 2 caps. But this product does the job with only 1 cap. The downside.its kinda pricey but it's definitely a good product.

Not sure how to rate these. According to the site they are made of extract from the fruit of the mushroom and not the network of the mushroom which after researching are key things necessary for good mushroom supplements. The research I did on supplements they check all the right boxes on what you should be looking for on quality items. The capsules are easy to swallow and never leave me with any burps or taste after I have ingested them. I am a healthy 40 year old male and active in fitness. I say that to state that I noticed no change in my mood, energy, or the way I feel. However I eat healthy and am active, and have a good energy levels through out the day after losing nearly 30lbs over the past couple years and cutting sugars and gluten way back in my diet. So to say these made me feel better or think clearer or have more energy, they did not. But they again meet the specifications for high quality, I am not food scientist or chemist or anything that has the tools to break these down and test them on a molecular level. So from a random guy taking these daily they seem fine. I have had 0 negative side effects either. I have tried other mushroom products in the past, and had similar results, no positive no negative. Maybe it is due to eating or cooking with mushrooms in 75% of our dishes, but those are usually store bought white or ports. Not turkey tail. Good product not going to take stars off for things I cant test. If you like them, need them, for something worth trying.

It arrived in a glass bottle. It was broken on the top and bottom and there was broken glass all through the supplement.
