Creative Haven Fabulous Fashions of the 1950s Coloring Book Paperback – Coloring Book, 26 Feb. 2016

As a big fan of both colouring and vintage fashion, I'm always on the look out for fashion colouring books that aren't overly juvenile. This one fits the bill perfectly! The drawings are super cute and there's both fine detail and blocks to colour. The paper quality is great and the paper is a nice bright white. Felt pens and Sharpie type pens to bleed through, but that's something I've found on most of the books I colour. The pages are printed on one side only, so I use some blotting paper tho prevent ruining the fresh picture on the other side. I've really enjoyed colouring this book and when I've completed it, I may even buy it again!!!

This is another gorgeous fashion colouring book from Ming-Ju Sun. If I could give ten stars I would. Love the pictures and each page tears out. I have two other of her books and when I have completed a page I then place it in a folder. The paper is nice and thick and I plan to use watercolour pencils, wax pencils and alcohol markers. All of which have worked well before. The markers do bleed so I use a couple of sheets of plain paper underneath. I have now started embellishing the pages with little pearls and crystals. 1.5mm seem to fit most things such as jewellery, handbags and shoes. It just adds another dimension.

Really enjoyed colouring this 50s colouring book, i would have liked the paper to be a little thicker but overall a nice book with lovely fashion to colour.

Great fun fashion colouring book.Would recommend if you like fashion.

This was better than I thought lovely pictures , brought back memories of the clothes I wore in the 50s.

I really like this book. Good artwork pleasure to colour.
