This stuff works wonders, and has proven invaluable whilst housetraining a puppy, removing both types of stain you might expect from such a practice. It's especially good at rescuing lighter coloured carpets, leaving far less of an obvious 'cleaned' patch that other carpet cleaners where bleaching is much more obvious. The integrated sponge and brush makes it especially easy to use, and can be easily removed for cleaning ready for the next time you need it. One word of advice - don't remove the entire foil lid when you first come to use it - the instructions do clearly state just to pierce a small hole in it, but we all know best and if you remove it completely, it will just flood out when you come to use it. If you make that mistake, as I did the first time, I re-sealed it with a strip or two of sellotape which I then pierced as intended, and all was well. I've re-bought this lots of times since discovering it a few years ago, and would heartily recommend it.

Outstanding product! I have just used it to clean up blood from our brand new light grey hall carpet after my cat committed murder on a mouse and it came up right away. I also used it yesterday to clean two blinds and a combination of this product and a steam cleaner means the blinds look brand new again. It’s also worked on dog sick on a cream carpet and blood on our light coloured sofa (cat again!). Basically if you have pets this stuff is invaluable if you like light coloured carpets and furnishings! When these have run out I will be buying it again!

Used to remove stains from my daughters carpet including spilled drinks and various chemicals she has dropped on the floor that are loosely categorised as makeup and beauty products of various sorts. The product works extremely well, removing almost all stains within minutes. It’s especially good that the brush is attached to the bottle. To prepare just unscrew the brush, puncture the top seal on the bottle (do not remove the seal as the liquid will then pour out too fast), screw the brush back on. Then brush the stain with the brush, holding the bottle and possibly squeeze to get enough liquid so that there is a foam on the stain. Rub the foam for a short time. Then blot with a clean cloth or kitchen roll. The stain usually is out first time but you can repeat for stubborn stains. This is the only stain remover I’ve tried that works. If you cannot get the stain out with this, then you probably won’t be able to get it out manually, and will need a powered carpet cleaner (your own or a commercial version) or a new carpet. Good price considering how effective it is. Shop bought products don’t work, unless you can get this in your local shop. Highly recommended. Gives you confidence that you can remove stains and keep your carpets clean.

Our old cat suddenly started being sick several times a day as her stomach started failing. Our carpets upstairs were supposed to be wipe-clean but weren't much of a match against brown meat and acidic bile vomit. Soap and water were failing to get rid of the stains and we had pretty much resigned ourselves to throwing away the carpets. Bought Dr.Beckmanns carpet cleaner in desperation and it was great - a squeeze of the bottle and a vigorous rub with the brush attachment and the stain was gone (wiped any excess residue off with a water-damp J-cloth). Even cleaned up most of the earlier stains before buying the product. Didn't save the cat, but it did save our carpets

This wasn't bad. It did the job and the sofa arm is nice and clean. It required a bit of scrubbing but that's obvious. I have two comments: Read the instructions first, I didn't. I took the seal off, you're supposed to make a small hole. But, as you will see later, that didn't matter. The second comment is that the head with the brush attachment keeps twisting off as you're cleaning. In the end, this was so annoying, I detached the brush head, poured the liquid directly onto the sponge and used the brush to scrub with the bottle not attached. Worked quite well. I'd buy this again.

I inherited eight beautiful handmade chairs. The upholstery was so dirty I contacted an upholster to see how much to reupholster it was out of the question. Saw this product advertised and thought why not try nothing to lose. I cannot tell you how good it is, lifted the dirt as by magic. Within 3hours had eight chairs around their dining room table looking amazing. One word of warning make sure you only make the hole in bottle the 2mm then the liquid comes out controlled manner as stated in the instruction sheet. Just wished I had a before and after picture to show you.

I tried this after reading reviews, our carpet heavily stained by puppy pee. She’s now 2 so stains been there a while. We’ve tried machines, multiple different products and I was at the point of covering with a rug and saving for new carpet. This stuff is fantastic, removed every stain, no bleaching, nice smell and my carpet looks great. Wish I’d taken before and after pics to prove how good it is.

So read the reviews and got 2 bottles and it’s brilliant! I cleaned a huge corner sofa for a family member, who was going to pay to have it recovered! I wish I’d taken photos! It removed sick, food and red wine stains sound horrible but kids will do a lot to a fabric sofa and he just couldn’t remove the marks it’s by far the best I’ve used the brush is great too.

If youre planning on selling your car or want to refresh the interior, this product is a fountain of youth for carpet. I had standing water damage after rain got in my car and the carpet mildewed in the heat. I tried to dry it out with kitty litter and baking soda before vacuuming at the car wash, however the grit from the drying agents compounded and the fabric still smelled so badly the whole car was just a stink box in the sun. I had almost no hope Dr.Beckmann's would work. My carpet looks amazing now! I was pleased with the sturdy, yet soft, little brush. I was actually surprised the cleaner worked so easily. Dr.Beckmann's doesnt smell strong or chemically, just fresh and light. Im shocked it managed to tackle the smell in my car fabric without smelling toxic like a lot of cleaners. Makes me feel good about bringing my dog with me in the car. Im glad I have an extra bottle. Take a before and after pic, I forgot to and wish I had!
