This is my second ComfiLife pillow. I used the first for a few years before it became too flat to help. It felt hard and a bit uncomfortable the first night, after using a well-worn smaller pillow, but now that I have grown accustomed to the height and feel, I'm very happy. I have osteoarthritis in my spine and tailbone but the pillow makes a huge difference in my pain level.

I like the contour of this pillow and the soft strap that keeps it in place. The cover is soft and removable. The only negative I have is that it is almost too sturdy. A little hard on the lower leg.

My husband is a side sleep and was looking for a good knee/leg pillow. He wanted something that could help straighten out his posture and be more comfortable between his knees. I read a lot of reviews and gave this one a try. It is a soft material, but also very, very firm, so not your typical memory foam material you would expect. It's also lightweight and has no straps or way to be secured, and slightly small size, so it fell out of place easily and wasn't practical. We decided to return it and try something else.

I got this for the strap mostly. but its a really nice memory foam. Keeps my hip straight, it is pretty firm, and I have to get it just right or it hurts a little. but my legs are really sensitive. Very happy with purchase, it's helping me fall asleep faster.

I really love this pillow and I noticed immediate improvement in my back pain. It's much more comfortable than using a regular pillow. The plus is the company that sells them. My Velcro strap started coming loose and I contacted them to see if I could get another strap. They responded quickly. The person I communicated with said they could not send me a new strap because they are attached to the pillows. They asked me if I wanted my money back or a new pillow. I didn't even ask! I just got my new pillow today which was fast and I look forward to using it. So many companies don't care about their customers. This one does.

Edit to add on 1/12/2024: I’ve had this for 6 months and the foam has softened substantially. After experiencing hip pain for five consecutive day, I slept without this pillow and felt better. I have been using another pillow with former foam and my pain has gone away. I do not recommend this pillow. Save your money!Pillow cover felt nice and cool, but foam was not as dense and firm as I expected.Pillow came with insert asking to contact their “lightning fast” customer service team with any issues. It took them a few days to get back to me, thus adding to my dissatisfaction.

Hard for me to use. Can't lift my leg high enough yet to use it
