I am not what this was supposed to taste like, but it has a quite unpleasant taste that is hard to describe. It didn't taste like you should put it on food and was not complimentary to a burger. I literally washed it off the meat patty after a bite or two. Kudos for coming up with a no salt, no fat no sugar condiment in the world of heightened sugar/salt/fat products, but work on the taste.

I am a cardiac/diabetic diet so I can't have much sodium or carbohydrates. I tried their ketchup and it was very good so I decided to try their other stuff. I ordered several items and I just got to try this one and it didn't disappoint. I think it has a very good flavor. I don't think I would even know that it was sugar, and sodium free. I can't wait to try the bbq and dipping sauce that just arrived.

I wish it didn’t contain so much potassium chloride (KCI) because many people who watch sodium also have to watch potassium—but if you use just a little, ok; Pretty good taste.

Actually tastes like a hamburger. Would buy again.
