Great value for money.

We buy these on a regular basis for our water softener. They work exactly as required and are easy to fit into our unit as expected, so we're always happy with how they work.

Scheduled for delivery 10 February, then told running late would deliver 13th. Then delivered 11th, quite confusing. However product was as expected and delivered intact.

I've been using these block salts for my water softener for two years. The salt itself works well, but the blocks have inconsistent structural integrity. I've increasingly received units that are already cracked or partially broken, which makes them harder to handle and load. A more robust product would solve the issue.

Value for money: 2 of the blocks were broken
