This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist after he treated me with Efudix for skin cancer on my face. I now apply it every day religiously, whether I am leaving the house or not, and have been doing so for the last 2 1/2 years without fail. Yes, it's expensive but you are paying for quality, and it's worth it considering using the cream is preventing skin cancer. And a little goes a long way. One bottle lasts me a little over 4 months.
