Great product!! Heats up nicely and stays hot for a very long time. My mom uses this to keep her feet warm at night. The size is just right for her to manage. It stays hot to warm for a very long time. She even says that it warms her bed up for her at night. No leaks like the regular ones from the store. Tight and durable. Great Product.

It works great—if you actually follow the directions. I didn’t at first, and, well, it puffed up like a balloon. Venting it while it was spewing boiling water everywhere was an adventure I wouldn’t recommend. Lesson learned: leave room for expansion, folks.On the bright side, once I figured that out, it worked like a charm. If you insulate it well, it'll easily stay warm through the night, dropping from around 210°F to 90°F by morning. The only downside? The liner has a ridiculous amount of lint or furry stuff that clings to the silicone and ends up everywhere, which is kind of annoying.Overall, it’s a great product—just read the instructions unless you want to reenact a volcano scene.

I love this hot water pack because it stays warm for a long time, and it does not smell weird like the rice and bean hot packs do. The cover is super soft. Has not leaked at all.

About half the size of the average hot water bottle, it is a nice hot water bottle for sitting at a cold desk.

I used this water bottle almost daily for about a year and it mostly worked great. However, I noticed that after a couple weeks or so, there was more air in it than I had started with. I still haven't figured out how this was happening since it wasn't leaking water. I used it exclusively in the microwave.Recently I microwaved it for the same duration of time as always, but had to unscrew the top later on and found that the plastic screws on the big part of the water bottle (not the lid) had melted and deformed. Now it's very difficult to screw and unscrew, so I need to buy a new one.Otherwise the size and texture are great for me. The fuzzy cover sheds but it's very pleasant to the touch.

Just the right size for a sore neck. It stays warm for a long time and the cover is soft. I'll probably get another one so I can have one on both sides.
