Perfect for cakes
Used in lemon cake, very good flavour

As good as any others
I only use this when baking,but couldn't find any lemon flavouring in supermarkets,sothought I would get this,but expect it will be as good as the one I got from someplace 3yearsago,as they do last a long while.,and had to get another as the other is just about used up.
