Watch Those Chrome Parts!
This was a fun model to build. The kit was a 2 in 1, which gives a couple of choices for the engine and interior. Since the steps don't offer hints, I did spend some time looking over the instructions to make sure I wasn't messing myself up in other steps. The parts went together very cleanly. The model is rated Level 5, which means it's challenging. Watch it cutting the regular parts and really pay attention on the chrome. I was being what I thought was careful and torched a couple of them. Another warning would be for the decals...they were tough.

Cool
Matches the 1931 ford I own almost perfect in color and looks and when I'm done putting together it will match perfect. Great quality parts

Awesome kit!
This is a level 5 build and has some great detailed parts! It also gives you several options to build it to your style. I used this for a rc crawler to give it a cool look. I may buy another to build as a complete scale model. The parts were molded well and had very little molding lines to clean up.

Fun Build. Take Your Time!
Good parts fit. The kit gives you the choice of building one of two versions of the car. Very extensive decal sheet. I added custom wheels and tires and wired the spark plugs.

Nice model kit
My twin brother and I were really into building model cars in our teens. We are in our mid 60's now and both retired. I bought two of these, one for me and one for my brother. I thought it would be a fun project and I remembered the good quality of Revell models when we were kids. These were fun to build but sometimes quite challenging because not all of the part lined up like they were supposed to. Some examples, the top (which was separate from the body) didn't fit well. The A-Pillars were spread apart and there were a couple of gaps where it mated to the body. The alternator bracket was twist back and touched the motor. It had to be heated and straightened. The Transmission tunnel on the firewall hit the top of the transmissions keeping the body (we both built the Highboy style) from sitting all of the way down on the frame. I wish that I had discovered this before I painted the body. This had to be fixed using a Dremel tool and taking about 1/8" off of the firewall. Overall, this was a pretty good kit. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of some of the issues with parts fitting like they should. I would recommend this to experienced builders. I do like the finished product.
