I love this book. My colored pencil art really began to skyrocket after using the very helpful tutorials.

The artist has been so gracious and given us a wonderful book full of information and examples.It is one of the best books I have ever gotten on colored pencil! You will not be disappointed...

Excellent instructional book, and beautiful!

Very good book

A really good and well written book. I have seen this artists work and was amazed by the intricate detail she puts into her work. The book was written in excellent format and had really good content. It kept me interested from start to finish and covered all aspects of coloured pencil art work ie from still life, animals through to botanical. I thought at first it was a little pricey but the contents does the price justice and I am glad I bought it. I would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to go forward with serious coloured pencil art work. Irina has definitely put a lot of work and thought into her book.

Beautiful and Interesting book that I haven’t had time to do real justice, but there appears to be a lot of information in it and from what I can see it looks like it will be of real value once I get time to try the various techniques etc. A lot of what’s in the opening chapters like material selection, reference photos and basic techniques I have already covered but I am sure the tutorials will be of much more value as appear to be varied and quite comprehensive. Looking forward to trying them.

Nice book but lacked methods and images on how to be creative with coloured pencils. I wanted to learn how to create good coloured pencil drawings, I felt this book didn’t really give enough photo guidance on how to do that.

Content is interesting, useful and illustrations are great

This is a really lovely book. It explains step by step how to use your coloured pencils for a variety of subjects. Highly recommended.
