Cool design, bad quality
Second cat phone I've had that was just junk. This one took forever to charge and ran out of battery fast. It's an older phone but it felt a lot older than it is with mediocre performance in every aspect. They made it indestructible but sacrificed quality.

A well put together phone that serves its purpose. It's a construction phone so it can take some punishment. I feel it could have sold for cheaper being it was a refurbished phone. Although if needed I'd buy it again

The product had issues retaining waterproof capabilities. The phone kept warning me to close the soft enclosure for the SIM card insert

Great rugged phone
If you want a phone that can stand up to the elements of whatever you can throw at it, this is that phone. Military grade specs for water, dust and drop resistance! Glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 6! This is a beast!

Loving this phone after about 7 months I think. I have had no issues aside from declining phone calls, I'll swipe all the way down and it'll show it being declined but won't do it until multiple attempts. Small issue but as someone with a phone number previously used for a business, it's definitely an issue. You also cannot upgrade the software to fit the IR camera, so that was disappointing as I heard they were both made the same and only needed a paid software update but that's false.

The phone short circuits
Not even 30 days after I purchased the phone started having issues with it shorting out try to reach out to the company with no results whatsoever... buyer beware
