Excellent product for energy
I like the formula on this product a lot. It doesn't give you a jolt of artificial energy. The goal here is to support your own production of cellular energy (in your mitochondria). The ingredients back this up. Really innovative product and effective.

Arrived as a tall tub .. but still a smaller sized. No extra packaging.Type 2 white plastic tub and a green easy off lid .. easy to repurpose. Has tamper resistant band. A slightly bulging ring at the top of the white tub makes the tamper resistant band work well.30 day supply. $1.87 per serving. Seems high considering the ingredients are standard vitamins. I would expect higher quality. And it appears to be manufactured in the USA.Foam and foil inner seal. Slightly difficult to remove.Tub is half full, but the scoop is long and easy to locate.taste is not very sweet, but blended easily enough.

Gives you a good clean boost of energy
This "Mito-Tonic" came packaged well and is seemed to be great quality. I've been taking it for a week and have noticed a boost of clean energy every time i take it. It dissolves well in my water and has a bitter taste but still is good enough to drink. I typically drink it with water but will be mixing it with other drinks to try and mask to taste. I like that it has quality ingredients that are meant to support energy levels and stamina. Overall i am impressed with this drink mix and find it to be a part of my morning routine now.

Easy to blend into a hot or cold beverage, but pricey.

Tastes like weak sugar free Tang
I wasn't sure about this at first. I really suffer from low energy. I am someone who has seasonal affective disorder. In other words.. the winter blues. I get it every year. I just want to hibernate like a bear from fall to spring and summer. I'm kind of coming out if it now but needed some help. This is actually helping me. I'm shocked to be honest. I don't take pills so this is just what the doctor ordered. Literally. It was suggested to use a mito product for energy. I put it in my drink blender with water and one scoop of mix. It has a mild watered down Tang taste without the sugar but I sort of like it. I just drink it down and surprise surprise I find myself with a little spring in my step lately. My treadmill doesn't feel like a torture device. I've been enjoying it. It's still too cold to go out walking and the rain this year is crazy. This drink however helps keep me moving. It's a bit pricey so it will have to be a planned for expense. I am able to recover rather quickly from my exercise routine that switches between cardio and weights. Good nutrition along with this type of product is a must if you suffer yearly like millions of us around the world with SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Relief is just a drink away. Give this a try if you are needing the boost it gives.

Good for energy
I take a brisk 1-hour walk every morning and then I come home and drink a serving of Mito-Tonic. It is a mitochondrial support drink that helps support natural energy production. I think it improves my post exercise recovery, it increases my energy, and supports my cardiovascular and overall physical function. It's a bit pricey and I'd like for the orange flavor to be more pronounced, but I do feel like this drink mix supports my body's ability to product energy.

I really want to like it more
Given the ingredients in this powdered drink mix, I was hoping to notice better energy and cognition, but I don't seem to feel any effect. Maybe it's a cumulative thing, and after a month I'll have a noticeable difference? The good thing is that I haven't noticed any negative side effects, either. I do think this drink is a bit expensive to be trying out long-term to see if there are any effects, although if it works well for some, maybe it's worth it. I find the taste pretty unappealing, it manages to be both sour and bitter. I will keep trying, because maybe it's having a beneficial effect on a cellular level. I really have to choke this drink down, though- I hope my mitochondria appreciates it.
