This debris filter fits well to a standard 5”x5”size Towo brand shower drain with 1 7/8” opening. Both width and height were perfect for this drain. Material appears to be similar weight to the original part. I’m very happy with the purchase as I couldn’t find the original part or similar replacement part at the major hardware stores. Quick shipment.

It’s ok. All of these seem the same. They all seem to small in diameter for our shower drains. I really need these to fit a 2” drain. They all seem to be just less. I ordered this one as it has a metal bar across the top that does make it sit in the drain. Put not perfectly.

We have a curbless shower. It drains at the back of the shower. It was originally installed w/ a plastic basket. Well - 6 years later - the plastic basic is falling apart. I was so happy to see that this fits perfectly in the hole and is secure. I usually clean the drain about every four weeks (it is hidden). It will interesting to see how long before the drain gets fussy w/ this new one. It is larger than the original so should buy me some time.
