Ordered this on Tuesday early evening - arrived this morning (thursday) by Parcel Force. Top Marks to both Them and Pay less Direct for fast processing and safe delivery of the order. The estimated delivery date was NEXT Wednesday. Can't fault them for the speed. Unwrapped and ready to test in 5 minutes. Took another 10 minutes or so to work out how to lower the foot rests as the instructions in the manual weren't very clear. You have to tip up the wheelchair in order to find the nut to loosen off. The manual also suggested that it might be a model which has elevated footrests - it doesn't.Firstly - it does exactly what it says on the tin. I am quite a big lady and I can sit comfortably in it. The lapbelt releases quickly and it feels very manoevarable by the user. Very happy with the quality and it will serve the purpose of using it for a few weeks/months while my major knee problem is sorted outSecondly - the nice surprises which weren't clear from the descriptions: The back of the wheelchair DOES fold down for easy transport. It also comes with a detachable back ankle support which isn't shown in the picture. A hand pump for blowing up the tyres was also included. Plus there is a pocket on the back of the chair for holding one or two bits and piecesSomeone asked if it had elevated footrests. It doesn't, but I suspect it would be possible to fit them to this chair (you can buy them seperately) If you need one might be good to investigate whether one can be attached to this chairAll in all I am delighted with this product

I had to have extensions made for the handles as they are a little low for someone who is over 5foot 5 inches tall means your stooping to push but other than that it is all the description states

This rolls easily, takes the weight fine, I like the little pocket in the back of the seat, lighter than other wheelchairs but there are two things I dislike about it:Doesn't come with a cushionThe plastic bits around the wheels for self propelling are rough and I suggest you use gloves if using by yourself.One thing someone else picked up on are the footrests are flimsy, not easily twisted to move out of the way and aren't detachable--Be careful of sellers with wheelchairs because even though it says on the page about 0% VAT the sellers either lie saying it is already VAT Free or they don't offer it. I reported this to Amazon but they haven't done a single thing about it. Check with the seller first before purchasing it.

It's rubbish, the solid tyres make the wheelchair vibrate like crazy, my wife found the handles too low, not adjustable....not good for long journies, it's ok for short trips I would imagine, but if you don't own a car and cannot transport the wheelchair, then I would not recommend at all, no problem with the seller at all, but this product is just not worth the money...Because the wheelchair vibrates so much when in motion, I found that the footrests kept moving, also being solid plastic rather than rubberised, they are very slippy and I did not feel that my feet were very secure at all, did not feel safe in this wheelchair at all.Maybe pneumatic tyres and adjustable handles would improve this wheelchair, but as it is, save up and buy something better.

Appears very good value for money and I wanted brakes on the push handles as well as the usual hand brakes. It also has a seat belt and is nice and light. You need to be careful when you snap the seat down on unfolding it as you can trap your fingers. The push handles folding down to take up less space is also good.

Great product and fantastic value very quickly dispatched

We purchased this for my brother who has poor mobility issues and we needed to get him to hospital appointments. This is very easy to assemble and it was fine for me to lift in and out of the car. My brother did have some difficulty putting his foot on the foot rest but we sort of managed. I am tall so I could have done with the handles being adjustable. However, it has been a great help to manoeuvre my brother and it is very good value and much more sturdy than I thought.

Had one or two small problems but customer service excellent and fixed issues quickly. Chair is light but well made and no vat if you can prove disability requirement just fill out a form. Very pleased with product and service received so far
