Eventually gave up on these. Instead of making me regular they just seem to slow things down and make it harder to go to the loo. Total opposite of what I wanted, tried 2, tried 3, tried 4. No real lasting improvement to IBS symptoms and less regular than before. I felt my middle getting more and more round, solid and uncomfortable despite upping water intake. Very disappointed but I guess everyone reacts differently to different products, they might help some but not for me. If you want to slow down your toilet habits and solid up your numbers 2s then this could help, as an aid to regular movements or a gentle laxative then no.

These are great for firming your stools, if you struggle with that type of thing.

Currently taking it for digestive purposes, and also to aid weight lost. Been taking these for a few months now and to be honest I don't think they're helping with weight loss - sometimes I think they help to curb my apetite but even that seems to vary. Originally bought these from Holland and Barret and noticed some weight loss in the first month; then decided to purchase via amazon since it was more convenient, but I'm not entirely convinced they're doing anything. Haven't experienced any adverse effects from taking these despite my stomach being quite weak, which is good!

These are excellent.. very effective and you do feel a difference in your body. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. I think if you’re looking for some additional fibre to add to your daily intake, this is the best.
