Works great, super convenient
This works really well, use if for travel. Better than heating water in those in-room coffee makers that always look like they have never been washed once. When you want tea and not coffee the water heated in those brewers still carries a "flavor" to them so this was a very nice addition that took up very little space.

Great little portable kettle
This is GREAT for travel. I take it when I travel around the world to places where I'm not sure about the coffee (too strong). I bring individual coffee and tea bags with me to have for my room. Fits nicely in my backpack as well. It collapses nicely. It warms up SUPER fast! It does not have an automatic shut off, so you have to stay with it and watch it to turn it off when it boils. Wouldn't want to leave it on for long. Heats up in No time. Worked in Europe with a converter, no probl.

Convenient
So far, this has been working well. I will be making four trips in the next few months, within the U.S. and distant countries, and this will replace the heavy kettles I usually travel with. It certainly takes up significantly less space in my suitcase. Even when I am traveling in the U.S. and the hotel room has a coffee maker, they are gross and disgusting and I won’t use them.It comes with a drawstring bag and several plugs. The cord itself has a regular U.S. polarized plug. The instructions say it comes from the factory set to 220-240 voltage, but mine was set to 120V. There is a little screw you turn on the bottom to change the voltage. The additional plugs are labeled for the UK, EU, and a non-polarized labeled for U.S. and AU. They snap together for convenience. My only complaint is that as soon as this comes to a boil, it stops. Since I travel internationally in third-world countries, I often boil tap water for brushing my teeth, and it needs to boil for a few minutes to be safe. Sadly, this kettle will not do that, so I will more likely not use this for those countries and still carry my big kettle that boils until I stop it.

Great Travel Kettle.
I got this kettle for work. New building didn't have anything. Needed something easy to transport. This works perfectly. Use it to boil water for noodles. Boils the water in about 3 1/2 minutes. For those that do travel, it has a travel bag and the adapter for different countries. It is also switchable for 100-120/220-240 voltage. Great little kettle.

Bad smell...
The functionality is not bad. But the smell of boiled water is too bad. I needed to use vinegar and baking soda to remove such a silicone smell. And, a plug converter is a little difficult to plug-in.

Great idea, but it didn’t work
Great idea, but it didn’t work. Not even once. I changed the voltage setting, as instructed, plugged it into the voltage adaptor (which came without instructions), plugged it in, turned it on, and nothing happened. So much for hot water on our vacation.

Not good quality
Not good. The metal now is showing rust after nine days of use. It is strange and I guess defective. The product is great otherwise. It works as advertised and easy to pack. Mine I guess is defective but only because of the rust on the metal that heats the water.

Great for a cruise!
We took this on a recent cruise. Did not want to have to get up every morning and go upstairs to get coffee or order room service. Just brought instant coffee from Starbucks and Folgers and single serve creamers. Heated up extremely fast. Would just put away in a drawer every morning before we left our room.
