I paid £13.99 in December and now they're £32.25? Is this right?

Know that's not right.. I've been buying for a year they are know more than £14 pounds a tub.. but Glandex don't just come in wipes they also have soft chews and stuff for food they are the more expensive items.. I hope that helps

Can these wipes be used on the vulva?

Maybe very gently around it, but I would not use them actually on that area, as those wipes are not designed for that area, and you would not want a sensitivity reaction or infection there. I would use, if anything at all short of just water if you really need to, a fragrance free baby wipe, but to clean around. Very sensitive area. Regards, a vet student!

Can you use these on a sofa?

I wouldn't recommend it as they are made to clean a dogs bum after pooing, these can also be used all over the dog but mainly they are for dogs bottoms

Are these wipes biodegradable?

Unfortunately i don't believe they are but personally these are by far the best wipes I've used for my dog..
