I liked the simplicity of the recipes. I liked how they best used available ingredients.I felt a lot of frying was used to complete preparation of many meat recipes.I think many of the recipes that are fried could be browned and baked for fewer calories.

I think I'm going to love trying some of these recipes. We used to go to a local Polish restaurant, and have missed it.
