Almost done with this bottle and i have to say i think it may be working for my nails and hair! I usually wear press ons and when i remove them my nails are so thin and fragile i have to cut them down and this time they were thicker and less damaged? Also my hair has been growing better, haven’t switched my routine up other than taking these so yes 👍🏼 I would like to think it’s from these! Going to buy another bottle because i out of the many i’ve taken over the years i think this is actually helping! Taking 3 a day is annoying especially since capsules always want to come up but the smell is a lot better than most others. No drastic change in energy. Doesn’t bug my stomach. I just take with my protein shake in the morning to help keep them down. Overall very happy!
