I have been a devotee of Florence for many many years. This book is a great workbook but for these reasons, I did not give it five stars....Kate offers links to additional information inside her book. Almost all those links either do not contain what they promised, do not work or are a shameless self promotion on her part to get you to spend more money. This to me is underhanded and made me disillusioned. It was difficult to continue on with the book, even though I KNOW there is a great deal of beneficial work contained its pages Sorry Kate...I don't think that is how Florence would have handled that.

What an amazing book! I am also privileged to currently be taking an online coursebased on this powerful manual written by Kate Large. The author has done a masterful jobbringing the ideas and insights of Florence Scovel Shinn to a new generation. I highly recommendKate's workbook to anyone interested in manifesting the reality you desire. It is filledwith valuable exercises to expand spiritual awareness and to foster the skills necessary forpositively implementing the Law of Attraction in our lives. If you are a fan of Florence Scovel Shinn, you will be amazed and delighted by how beautifully Kate Large has translated her teachings into a practical workbook that really helps you apply those principles in your life. I also recommend the Game of Life Mastery program that Kate offers as well. It really helped me get focused and address some issues I'd been dealing with for a very long time in a positive and constructive way. I have tried other self-help books and programs; this is the best one I've invested in.

The writing's of Florence Scovel Shinn spoke deeply to me, and with the added insight of Kate Large, as well as many exercises and tools to help apply the teachings, this book is life changing.I am so glad I purchased this and discovered Florence Scovel Shinn's books as well as the inspired teachings of Kate Large.

Kate Large has done a tremendous job in this detailed and lovingly done workbook of Florence Scovel Shinn's metaphysical classic: The Game of Life and How to Play It.There are ten Work Book Sessions which correspond to each of the chapters in the book. The text itself is included with side margins to post thoughts, comments or remarks - a great idea!Inside Assignments from the Work Book Sessions are carefully crafted with detailed and comprehensible explanations to maximise our understanding of this classic. There is also a space given for the creation of a Personal Journal - Kate has thought of everything!There is great detail given but the language is understandable given that metaphysics can impress as being complicated.This book is a real asset in taking our understanding and application of Christian metaphysics into the 21st century.It is important to remember that Florence was a Christian Metaphysician - she was spiritual and not religious.This workbook is a wonderful tool and well worth the time and money.

Still awaiting delivery for a gift.This is the kind of workbook which is useful for long plane rides or reflective thinking on the beach.
