I’ve been using these Nutrabud Biotin Plus Gummies for a while now and I honestly like them. First thing I noticed is the taste – the strawberry flavour is actually good and doesn’t feel artificial or too sweet. It makes it easy to take every day without feeling forced. I mainly bought them for my hair and nails. I’ve noticed my nails feel stronger and don’t break as easily as before. Hair fall hasn’t completely stopped, but it does feel a little less than earlier. You definitely need to be consistent and give it time to see proper results. The gummies are soft, easy to chew. Overall, it’s a nice supplement if you’re looking for something simple for hair, skin, and nails. Would recommend, but don’t expect overnight results.
