Just for Men Ultra, Hair Colour Dye, A45 Dark Brown

Superb product. Liked it because can be used multiple times.

This hair dye gives a very natural dark brown shade that blends perfectly with my existing hair. It covers grey hair evenly without looking artificial or flat. The result looks fresh and youthful, and the color lasts well over time. Very happy with the finish.

Firstly, my hair has only sprouted a few white hairs. Over the last year I took to just clipping them down with a pair of scissors in a vain attempt to still look young. However, it became apparent that if I continued this approach, I would have bald patches on the side of my head. The white hairs only really appeared on the sides, and I wasn't looking for total dyed coverage, but more to tone down the patches. The instructions are easy to follow, and the packaging promises up to 6 weeks of colour. I typically wash my hair twice a day. The advice is to cover your hair line and ears with Vaseline or the like, to prevent dying your skin. I wish I took that advice, rather than having to scrub my ears raw after. The effect was immediate, and I was really pleased. There was one stray hair I missed, but I can handle the odd white hair. It blended in well with my natural black hair, as I was worried I might end up with patches that looked like tar stained black. Overall the effect was very natural. After a few days, I noticed an area that was previously populated with a few white hairs started to lighten up. Nothing too worrying, but noticeable to my own critical eyes. I caught up with friends I hadn't seen in 4 years after a week and one asked me if I dyed my hair, before inspecting my head. A couple of white hairs showed through, and she was satisfied that I was still au natural but was impressed at how few white hairs I had. This was the exact look I was going for, so overall I'm pretty pleased. I used about a quarter of the tubing, so figured the tube itself would easily last 6 weeks, but each application maybe a week or two. Happy overall and will likely continue to use. At least until the whole of my head decides to age.

I have bought this for the 2nd time, a year apart from the last time I tried this comb in version of Just for Men hair dye. However, still the same, IT DOES NOT WORK. Left on for over 10mins! Does NOTHING! Just looks like it has whilst you are applying it! I highly recommend sticking with the normal version. This is a great idea to have it as a comb in version, very easy to use and not messy etc. BUT SADLY, does NOTHING!

Someone told me that Just for men was just as good for women as for men so I gave it a go. I think maybe it should be just for men!! It was easy enough to use but I really didn't like the colour - it was much darker than I expected it to be an I was glad when my old greys came out again!

IT SAYS FOR SHORT HAIR, HOW SHORT? THE BRUSH APPLICATIOR IS RUBBISH I USE AN OLD TOOTH BRUSH. IMPOSSIBLE TO DO YOUR OWN HAIR HOW CAN YOU SEE THE BACK. THERE IS NOT A LOT IN THE BOTTLE SO REALLY ONLY SUITABLE FOR TOUCHING UP LITTLE AREAS. NOT VERY PERMANENT. I USED IT ON MY MUSTACHE WHICH IS WHITE, DID NOT MAKE ENOUGH DIFFERENCE AND EASILY WASHES OUT. I USE THEIR BLOND HAIR DIE AND THAT IS VERY GOOD, I USE THIS FOR TOUCHING UP SAY THE FRONT OR SIDEBURNS WHEN THE ROOTS SHOW. IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Been using this light brown for a couple of years now. Just need it for the sides, and like another reviewer said, it’s just enough to hide the majority of them. It doesn’t always catch on to every single grey, but it’s good enough. Twice a year I slap a whole tube over my entire head and it does the job nicely. I’ve never had any trouble with the light brown dying my skin, but the medium brown I tried before definitely did. I also apply with a fine bristled toothbrush for a much better coverage than the plastic applicator provided. Satisfied with this product. Good seller too.

Does an excellent job covering greys and very easy and convenient application with the comb.

Estoy feliz con este producto y seguiré comprándolo. La primera vez que lo usé, sentí que no se pegaba bien en lugares, pero que sólo hizo que todo parezca más natural. Así que todavía había algunos pelos grises mostrando. La segunda vez que usé esto, funcionó mucho mejor, pero un poco más oscuro en la parte superior, así que la próxima vez voy a completar los lados y dejar la parte superior. Creo que es cuestión de intentarlo y de hacer lo que es mejor para ti. Al decir que, después de la primera vez, mis amigos comentaron que me veía bien y más joven, no se dieron cuenta de que había puesto el color en mi cabello hasta que les dije. Así que parece muy natural, aún más con algunos bits grises todavía allí.

This has work really nice for me it makes look a little younger looking with been to obisious that you did something to your hair

Mas cómodo porque no tiene 2 líquidos para mezclar, pero tinta peor. A la segunda ducha estás como antes (y destiñe). Prefiero el original aunque sea un poco mas engorroso.
