Very impressed for the price. Works well and I was able to get my shelves up in no time flat. The screwdriver bit extension piece was warped but the customer service from this company was top notch in getting that taken care of quickly. Battery is only 2 amp so if you're going to be doing a lot of work in one day, you might want to get a spare battery or two. After a lot of research I found that as long as it's 20v, the bigger amps just mean a bigger battery. I have ordered a 6 amp battery to go with mine as a back up. But it will make the drill heavier. The 2 amp battery is fine for the occasional around the house job (under an hour of actual run time needed).And at least now I know none of the guys around here can take off with it and claim it's theirs... None of them would use a pink drill. Now to get the whole pink tool kit so I can actually keep a screwdriver in the house.

Not only is this cute but the quality and durability is wonderful. Great value product for the price. Haven't had to recharge the battery yet and comes with plenty of accessories. I would recommend for anyone needing it for every day use.

I absolutely love that the tools I have to use fit my personality. I am a girl & the tools I use need to feel like a part of me. Why? Because if they are bulky (the typical tools are because it's made for males) then it is harder to work with & I struggle to use the tool. I have small hands (because I am a female) so I need something that I can hold (especially the weight of the tool) so these tools made by Think Smart are made just for me & I love it. The first time I used this product, I was trying to drill a hole in a 1/2 inch plywood floor and it kept freezing and would not cut through.

Wife recently got a job at a factory so she decided to be a DYI person out of nowhere. So instead of letting her use my stuff cuz I got sick of trying to find it. Bought her a little kit she left my stuff alone. Anna came in handy that she had it because one time I had to fix her mom's dishwasher didn't have my tools with me called her said hey can you grab my tools she's like I'm not at home but she had hers in the car and I used it to fix the dishwasher. So worth it.
