Easy to swallow - no bad taste apparent but I can't honestly say that I noticed any overt benefit to my general health.

I bought it for acute wrist pain, although I was a bit hesitant to take 4tablets at a time. The pain gradually reduced, I also noticed less pain in my joints.It does what it says

These tables inflame my chest. And give me a chesty cough.

I ordered this because it has MSM in it, it helps with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, it plays an important role in making collagen and glucosamine, which are vital for healthy bones and joints. I prefer taking it with Biotin, and collagen supplements. They all work together in harmony.I praise this product for not having magnesium stearate in it, and thus 3 stars decent for me, but it lacks with quality vs value for money as you have to take 4 capsules a day and this is already overpriced. I couldn't order it if it doesn't have Biotin in it as then I would be ordering biotin separately and collagen supplements then the price will make me think I'm an elite, which I'm far from it, thus why I wouldn't order it again.MSN and Biotin usually has some affect after about 6-12 months of use, I used to take that with biotin for years and I noticed MSN started to work better on my joints after 4 months or so, this product only has 120 capsules and you take 4 per day. It won't last nearly long enough for me to tell if its working properly, but if this changes within the time it takes to down it all I will update.I have been taking supplements for many years, I doubt it will do much, as all supplements in my experience takes months to really see a huge difference. The good thing is all the ingredients in this glass bottle, do play a role in anti-inflammatory and overall joint health, and it is why I gave it the score I did. Otherwise I would have gone with 2 average for just wasting money.Currently it is 28 quid nearly, thats pretty pricey for a months supply, but then again I admit it mostly has good ingredients, and doesn't come in a cheap plastic bottle. It was easy to swallow the capsules are standard size.Usage: Take 4 per day with water, I took it with food (just after) It is best time for the best absorption.

My wife and I both suffer from arthritis issues affecting joints and causing discomfort and reduced mobility. We have been using a very similar product to this with great results. This ‘Antiflam’ from CLAV is even better formulated with additional ingredients and higher strengths, so we were both very keen to try it. We have only been taking it for about two weeks and we both feel there has been a slight improvement in symptoms with less joint discomfort and more mobility, however, it is really too early to say for sure if this is the result of the Antiflam product. Having used CLAV products in the past we have always been impressed with the quality and efficacy of their products so we trust that these are up to their usual standard. The capsules are medium-sized and easy to swallow with no aftertaste and no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far. Our only concern is that at the recommended dose of four capsules per day they work out quite expensive for us, at nearly £28 each for just one month’s supply, a massive £56 monthly commitment. You get what you pay for but we would need to see some very big significant and dramatic therapeutic results for us to be able to justify this outlay each month.

Jag har använt produkten bara två veckor, men smärtan jag hade (i knä) har betydligt minskat.Jag vet inte om det beror endast på dessa kapslar, men i samverkan med många andra hjälpmedelger resultat. Jag har en tens apparat, Knee Relief Patches( båda köptes här på Amazon), samt rör på mig. Man ska inte ge upp, det går att förbättra sin situation.Jag har stor förtroende för den här produkten och starkt rekommenderar den.

Je suis pharmacien, et ce genre de complément alimentaire me fait conseiller à certains patients de se fournir sur Amazon plutôt que dans mon officine tellement certaines formules sont bonnes et efficaces !On est sur un produit un peu chère, un mois à quasiment 25 euros n'est pas donné. Néanmoins la formule est excellente, bien que non bio (on aurait pu avoir du bio a ce prix au niveau des plantes).La formule ici est un mix anti-inflammatoire/élasticité des articulations/reminéralisation qui prend en charge la plupart des symptômes et cause des douleurs, je ne dit pas qu'il guérit des pathologies tel que l'arthrose, mais stabilise l'état de l'articulation.Madame prend ce complément alimentaire quand le temps devient humide et que son genou l'embête, elle en est ravi !

Ayant des problèmes de dos intenses (sténose, artrose, etc...) j'avais depuis 2 mois des douleurs intenses irradiant jusque la jambe, un traitement prescrit n'y a rien changé.J'ai testé ce produit en ayant espoir d'un soulagement, et deux semaines après le début du "traitement",4 gélules à prendre d'un coup, par jour, avec un verre d'eau (attention elles sont assez grosses...) Ô miracle, les douleurs ont quasiment totalement disparue !Fini de marcher le dos cassé et la jambe trainante, donc, en ce qui me concerne je recommande chaudement cet anti-inflammatoire que j'ai personnellement continué à prendre deux mois après le test.Un point en moins pour le manque de traduction en français, la posologie est importante à savoir (encore une fois, 4 chaque jour max)

Les douleurs articulaires que je ressens au niveau des genoux s'envolent grâce à cet anti-inflammatoire à base de plantes ! Ce traitement me fait du bien, je sens l'amélioration au quotidien. Je connaissais ce laboratoire allemand Clav, car je prends déjà "Meno Balance" (efficace pour la ménopause).J'ai souhaité essayer Antiflamm de la même marque. 🌿J'ai reçu 120 gélules (une bonne contenance)Flacon en verre (bien rempli)🇩🇪 Marque Clav : laboratoire allemand réputé pour la grande qualité des ingrédients utilisés.🌿 Je prends 3 à 4 gélules par jour.Je ressens du soulagement: je marche sans souci et j'ai même repris le vélo.Le fait que ce soit des plantes, est très important pour moi !Dans ces gélules il y a du gingembre, de l'extrait de Gotu Kola qui soulage mes jambes, de l'extrait de prêle (pour la circulation sanguine), de Boswellia serrata qui est aussi un anti-inflammatoire bénéfique pour les articulations ....💚 Ce ne sont que des plantes qui ont un effet positif sur les vaisseaux sanguins. Je me sens en forme. Je n'ai aucun effet secondaire négatif. Le gonflement dû à l'arthrose est parti et ces anti-inflammatoires à base de plantes me soulagent quotidiennement.J'alterne parfois avec la chondroïtine ou le collagène et je vais continuer à prendre ce traitement qui, en plus, a un excellent rapport qualité-prix!Je mets 5 étoiles 🌟
