Kinetica Oatgain is by far one of the best weight gainers I’ve tried. It tastes really good (not too sweet or artificial), blends smoothly, and doesn’t leave that heavy, bloated feeling some other gainers do. I’ve noticed steady results in both weight and energy, especially when taken after workouts or in between meals.I love that it includes oats for a slow-release carb source—it keeps me full and fuelled. If you’re looking to put on lean mass without junk ingredients, this is a solid choice. Will definitely keep it in my routine!

I ordered the raspberry yoghurt flavour and so glad I did as it tastes delicious. This weight gainer, if taking the recommended 160g serving size (4 x 40g scoops per serving), provides 630kcal per serving, 12.9g fat, 9.4g sats, 82.8g carbs, 6 5g sugar, 45.7g protein and 0.32g salt. This only amounts to 15 total serving per container and if taking up to 3 times a day as recommended there isn't even a weeks supply which makes this a very expensive supplement even though the shakes are probably intended as a meal replacement in part. You can of course moderate your servings which is what I do, in part because I can't stomach such large serving sizes even with L-Glutamine included in the ingredients. This can turn a weight gainer into a weight control product even if your operating on a caloric deficit and looking to bring weight down, as you can easily regulate your calories and macronutrients with easily measurable and convenient supplements like this. There are an abundance of vitamins included - A, C, D, E, K as well as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 - equating to around a third of your daily NRV per serving (so 3 servings a day will effectively give you 100% NRV). There is also taurine included, presumably to assist energy levels. As well as whey concentrate for protein there are oats which form part if the carbohydrate blend and help with the feeling of fullness as well as energy levels. The powder mixes well with water or milk and tastes absoultely delicious. So taken as a weight gainer to the recommended serving sizes and intervals this is expensive and a 2.4kg tub won't last long at all but reducing serving sizes creates a good value supplement that still provides a door dose of sustenance and nutrition as even at smaller servings the protein content is plentiful.

Signed up for subscribe and save, 1 a month. Had my first and kinetica are already skipping my 2nd. They still have them in stock as I can buy one at full price and have delivered tomorrow. It seems simply they don’t want to give me 10% discount. Massively dissatisfied and inconvenient.
