The cameras are well designed, include everything you require to have a working security camera system. The solar panels keep the camera batteries charged. Image quality is good, easy to use and install. Switched from a wired power system to the battery system which makes camera placement much easier. There is substantial storage capacity and night vision is very good. I am very happy with this system and will continue to use Hiseeu products. The EseeCloud app for android is adequate. I have never had an issue requiring customer service so I can not offer any feedback on customer service.

Amazing customer service. I bought these is November for my father in law for christmas. One of the panels just went out in April and they just asked a few questions for security purposes, but replacing the bad panel essentially no questions asked. I would buy this again for my mom or friends

FIVE STARS all the way around! I have a fair amount of security camera experience. This time I needed something wireless and solar powered. Landlord said I could put in some small screws but could not drill holes through the walls. Choose the Hiseeu Solar PTZ four-camera system with 1 TB NVR from Amazon. Set up the four cameras without a problem, very simple setup. The system of four came pre-configured to the NVR. Range, like any wireless, its how many walls you have to go through. But, one of the far cameras has only one bar of signal and it still functions as it should. Purchased and added two more cameras for a total of six. I was worried about the playback from the NVR since I am used to continuous recording on my old hard-wired POE system. Turns out the event playback from the DVR is great. It only shows me what I really need to see and I am sure saves on battery power. Does the solar power keep up? Yes, very well. I live in the Pacific Northwest where the sun is low and it is pretty much gray all day this time of year. They keep fully charged as long as the solar panels have a clear southern exposure. The phone app works very well too. What is amazing... you can talk to a live person on tech support. Impressed with the camera system I purchased their video doorbell, I had an issue with the mounting brackets so I called the number. I expected voice mail or 'Oh you bought it off Amazon and not our website.' But, after a short hold, the call was answered by a human who helped. He even called back when we had confusion about the email address. I would recommend this system to anyone!

It’s obvious that the high star ratings were either done by employees or people who had a different model than this one. Pairing is next to impossible. One review said it’s already paired from the factory…. It shows my cameras, and after charging then for a while, it won’t pair with them. So, they might all be listed, but they are NOT paired!Trying to pair them is next to impossible! I got one paired, the second one says connected, but tell me to configure the network. Ok, so what network does it want? The first camera still works, so my network is fine. Returning these to buy something better quality, these are not as advertised.

I first purchased this security system several years ago and it is still working great. I got it primarily just to watch the birds and animals that feed, bathe and just hangout in my back yard. I also have motion lights so I can easily see when something is moving through at night.Being very satisfied with the first system, I purchased this new system to place more cameras around the house looking towards the streets. I also have some just mounted on boards that I can easily move around to check out other areas of interest.The setup is straight forward. You just follow the prompts as the system talks you through it. The four cameras that came with the system are already linked. I bought four more and adding them is easy. Just plug them in and have them within a meter of the system. Go to the camera setup dialog and click the add button. It will take about a minute and then says "Connection Successful". Then you can go back to the screen showing the view and it will appear. From there you can mount it where you want.Deciding where you want to mount the cameras and putting them in place is the most time consuming part. Obviously you need to have a power source nearby. The cord for the power supply about 10-feet long. You can purchase extension cables and splitters to be able to use the same power supply for more than one camera. Those supplies are very inexpensive.There are a few camera options that can only be done through the downloadable app. One that was very important to me was inverting the image. The way I wanted to mount the camera made the image upside down. You can easily flip that with through the app.Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Everything about this system is VERY easy. I added 4 solar cameras to this system VERY EASILY!!! My TV is the monitor (a tv not using for TV watching)The only big to me issue I have, is the inability to rotate thru all the cameras one at a time. My other system did. You could set it to 5-60 seconds viewing of each camera, then onto next camera. That feature I miss ALOT! However it was limited to 4 cameras, and no solar chargers available(discontinued system)I did have an alarm issue, we never figured out, I finally just reset the system & no more alarm going off, and it saved settings for 4 added cameras.This Hisseau sytem is very plug and play. I had to return another brand, as nothing seemed to work after weeks of trying. One day these were up and running! HIGHLY recomend.
