I've got both swollen feet (doctors can't help) so I bought the product to see what can happen, from the first day I used it it got me rushing home after work every day to it, it's like a new lover in my life, my feet feels alot better since using and sleeping gets easier, it's a bit noisy but remember it's a machine, I turn on my television to drown the noise, it massage for about 20 minutes then shuts off, the feeling is phenomenal, my female friend says it gives an orgasm like feeling. It really gives the whole body a very relaxing feeling.

I bought this with a view to hopefully getting some relief from my chronic plantar fasciitis. I had already purchased another unit previously, which I found to be mild and not really giving any relief. This little machine however, is a little beast! It delivers a really deep manipulating massage which fully targets every part of the foot. Although in a higher price bracket than other similar models, it is well worth the spend. The settings are fairly easy to comprehend, however, I feel these could be better Illustrated. Most of the family felt that the first setting was more aggressive on its highest setting than the second setting. Aesthetically, I would personally have preferred a grey or black unit as I find this colour a bit repulsive. This however, does deliver on the quality and severity of the massage offered which is fully manageable from a relaxing massage to a deep tissue and joint massage. The rest of the family have tried this and the reactions have been similar from all. The lower settings are relaxing whereas the more advanced settings deliver a toe curling but effective massage which relieves chronic pain such as plantar fasciitis. I would recommend this machine in comparison to similar cheaper models as it truly delivers on all levels. Luckily, I was able to try a friend's model prior to purchase. I initially purchase what seem to be a similar cheaper product which on paper matched the functionality however on receipt it didn't come close to matching the density of the massage delivered by this machine. This unit certainly justifies the difference in price.

The heat function has stopped working within 3 months of purchase and no one from the supplier responds.Not comfortable to use.

We have used the massager at our friend's place and really loved it, hence purchased it for ourselves.My partner spends most of his time on his feet due to his job, the massager provides relief to foot, calf muscles and ankles. Its easy to use and care and doesnt need more space to store. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

It's great but bulky

It is a clunky, plastic, basic, machine.The foot massage element is very hard plastic, with no protection for one of the most sensitive parts of the body: the foot! Considering it is advertised as for use for arthritis the pain caused by the hard parts is ridiculous. I have had to put my own cushioning in to be able to use it.The calf area bites in at the back of the calf. The 'massage' element is merely hard squeezing.The instructions mention an off/on switch. This does not exist. Nor is there a remote controlIf it were not for the high cost of returning, it would be flyingbstraight back to them.Do yourself a favour and buy something else.

Great device for a perfect massage, also massages the calves. there is no separate remote control , all the controls are on the device and easily accessible. All the functions work correctly with different intensity levels.

does give some relief but over priced and not as effective as i hoped. the strapping to the knee is not that good either
