Great little tool for getting a nice ballpark location for the scope.

Reading the previous reviews helped my experience with this product:1. As stated - It does not come with batteries.2. A pack of 4  Duracell LR44  can be purchased on prime for £2.68 (you need 3)3. Put the batteries in the correct way. It's fiddly, the + side goes towards the rifle4. If using .177 then swap the screw head on the smallest rubber washer for the next one up. It seems the screw heads have been mixed up.5. The smallest washer is .177 (fine for me) but It's unknown if this will go lower if you don't fit a washer at all.6. Don't leave the laser on unnecessarily, twist it off each time you adjust stuff to save battery power.I fitted the correct size screw head onto the smallest washer for my .177 bore and inserted the batteries. Gently inserted the rod into the barrel but I had attached the screw too tight so slackened it off a little to make a smaller fit.I put the rifle on my  BSA 2 Piece Front & Rear Rifle Air Gun Bench Rest Bag  sitting on a table inside the house with the curtains closed. Red dot was clearly visible on a white wall and I adjusted the scope that I had just fitted.On the range it was hitting the top right of the target when aiming centre. But close enough for me to see where it needed further adjustment. I truly believe I would of been shooting way too high and would of struggled to zero in on the range without this cheap boresighter.At £15 delivered I feel this deserves 4 stars (5 stars if it came with batteries, but it still makes it under £18 all in). A few weeks ago I spent nearly an hour messing around trying to zero in with a new rifle that was clearly way off. I feel this product saved me time and pellets.

The items arrived in an adequate hinged plastic case with front fastenings and components housed securely inside by a pre-formed foam insert. It came with reasonable instructions with just a few speeling misteaks and quaint Chinglish, but I don’t necessarily agree with all its content. The body of the laser is well made and appears to be machined from a single piece of aluminium and finished in matt black anodise.That’s the good part, now the problems:The battery holder/switch is too long for the aperture in the main body of the collimator, is the user expected to, “file to fit?” There is also no information on battery polarity/which way round they go. This unit comes without batteries although they are listed in the contents, therefore there is no guide to original battery fitment. The screwdriver does not fit the heads of the screws provided in the bore adapters. An allen key is provided, but there is no instruction as to its use. I could guess that it is to align the laser, but that apparently invalidates the warranty. If I could get the battery holder/switch into the unit, I may be able to comment on the accuracy of the laser diode alignment. Previous reviews have mentioned the diameter of the screw-head for the smallest (0.177”) is 0.1645”, so that error seems to have been put right.As it is, the unit is unusable, I shall return it.

The main part of the product is machined from aluminium and blackened as a previous reviewer stated. In my case everything worked. The screwdriver supplied is made from mild steel, so it will loose the edge on first use and spoil the screws. The different adaptors for different calibres ( mine is a .22 ) will fit I suppose, if you turn the bit of plastic spacer down the thread of the setscrew after it hit the bottom of the thread in the main body. The problem I found is that the screw hit the bottom of the thread before the plastic could expand to fit the bore of the rifle. The batteries fit with the minus towards the laser. I checked my scope and the difference of a quarter turn on the laser was 5mm over 10m. As I use the tool for checking my gun after repair it is worth 5 points and definitely the price. I have no comment on the instructions as they are as useful as teats on bore.

Does not fit a SMK .22 Speedmaster so not suitable for all .22 as stated, it is to short to reach into the barrelof this model rifle.It did come with new batteries, though the laser light is very dull certainly don't think it would be visible at 25 Yards never mind 50 Yards.Update the supplied batteries were drained hence dull laser light bought new batteries and now a great deal brighter. Now to make an adaptor to fit my rifle.

Nice addition to the range box. Easy to assemble although my one didn't come with the batteries (LR44) so had to purchase those separately which was inconvenient. Assembly of the batteries container into the boresight casing was a little fiddly. Instructions where loosely translating Chinglish. Setup in the rifle was easy enough. Connect the appropriate adapter to the tail of the collimator and turn on. Pick a spot about 100 yards and dial in your scope reticle adjustment to the last dot. Hopefully your first range shot will be on target. I have yet to complete the final zeroing.

Overall, the equipment looked to be reasonably well made, and as an added bonus, it had three new batteries in the box with it, despite saying batteries not included in the description.However, the battery cover/carrier was missing from the box, rendering the whole thing useless. Very annoying and a complete time waste.

Utilisé pour pré régler un point rouge sur une carabine semi auto en calibre 300 winmag. Quelques cartouches pour affiner le réglage en cible, nickel.Il s'agit d'un ustensile de pré réglage, vous devrez impérativement finaliser le réglage de votre optique sur une cible, indispensable pour les semi auto.

Habe das Teil an verschiedenen Büchsen mit unterschiedlichen Kalibern getestet die schon eingeschossen sind. Es hat überall gepasst bzw der punkt war immer ca da wo er sein soll. Bei gleichen Kalibern stimmte es sogar exakt. Der Punkt stimmt natürlich nur ungefähr mit der Optik überein. Der laser kann ja keine Ballistische Kurve simulieren. Zum grob justieren um am Schiesstand nichts kaputt zu schiessen funktioniert es toll. Wenn man zum Vergleich eine andere Büchse im gleichen Kaliber hat und den Punkt gleich zum Versatz stellt passt es sogar sehr gut. Bsp kal.308 ist der laser auf 10m 10cm zu tief zur Optik. Wenn man das weiss kann man sehr genau Voreinstellen. Adapter passen bei mir in allen Kalibern. Für mich tolles Teil das aber natürlich NICHT das eigentliche Einschiessen ersetzt.

Ero un po' scettico sulla validità dello strumento, ma dopo averlo usato su 3 fucili per sgrossare la taratura delle relative ottiche mi sono dovuto ricredere.Dico sgrossato perchè poi la taratura fine va fatta in poligono con la cartuccia che si userà sul fucile specifico (basterà cambiare il tipo di palla o il solo peso della stessa per dover rifare la taratura)Ovviamente prima di essere usato lo strumento va comunque tarato utilizzando le quattro brugoline sul corpoPer tararlo ho praticato un riferimento sul corpo dello strumento con il pennarello bianco, poi ho preso nota su un cerchio con le ore dell'orologio e una croce al centro, dove migrava il punto rosso al ruotare dello strumento con il riferimento bianco ad ore 12- a ore 3- a ore 6- a ore 9 poi svitando ed avvitando i grani opposti con la chiave a brugola ho fatto in modo che al ruotare dello strumento il punto rosso rimanesse sempre al centro esatto.Ho notato che sino a 200 m il punto è ben visibile (ovviamente con una luce ambiente molto tenue)Io ho operato sulla distanza dei 100 m. e sempre con il calibro 8 mmSono molto soddisfatto

Un produit indispensable pour régler une visée laser ou une lunette de visée, je l'ai utilisé pour les deux avec deux calibres différents, rien à dire ça marche bien.Par contre c'est pas évident à comprendre au début pour mettre le compartiment à pile qui sert également d'interrupteur on/off, il y a aucune indication pour le mettre ni pour le sens des piles...
