I got the fish scale design. It has great weight to it but not too heavy. The clasp was tough to get undone but I appreciate that because it means it will stay on and is durable. The size was perfect for me. It does come with an adjuster if you need to remove any links. I’m a runner with a bad knee, and feet pain in my toes. I’m hoping this will help with the inflammation. Regardless, it’s so pretty and a great price for the quality!

Super impressed with this bracelet ! Its sturdy, never comes unlatched, and stays beautiful throughout showering and wearing on my ankle 24/7 . I do believe that it’s healing my sore foot/ plantar fasciitis. It’s copper as well as magnetic on the inside. Its very attractive and people notice it and complicated me on it . I have bought it several times to give as gifts . It comes with a kit to remove links if needed. Excellent product ! I have read that it increases blood flow and removes toxins and fat cells , not sure if that’s happening but after wearing it I did notice cloudy urination. That I’m assuming was the toxins/ fat pulling out, I am hoping anyway ! I have also bought the bracelet and ring , also very attractive and fall trendy colors . Let the healing begin right , we all need that !

I am a female. Bought 2 to wear on ankles, to help with "grounding". My ankles are about 8.5 inches around, and these fit perfectly without removing any links - they are 'loose' without being really loose. Mine came measuring about 9.5 inches long. If you're a larger man, and want to wear on an ankle - i don't know if it's possible to "add" links. The opening link is very hard to open, which is a good thing. The jewelry stays on well! Really solid and 'smart' looking. Happy with purchase.

The bracelet was ok, but the tools sent for making adjustments are horrible. Poor quality tools made it impossible to make adjustments to the size and marred the bracelet so badly, it now resides in the trash.

Appears to be quality material, as it's finished beautifully. Polished and smooth. Fits comfortably with easy link adjustment ability. Colour darker than seen on line but okay. I'm impressed with the product.

I wear this bracelet for months now, can't tell if it really did something to my sleep or anti stress... in all cases it looks pretty and I even received two completements for it. the size can be adjusted, which makes it a great buy.
