I’m not sure if these have done anything, as I still feel the same. These are very black the next morning. The glue is very hard to get off after. I wouldn’t say they were a waste of money as they were a lot cheaper than previous ones I’ve bought.

they are nothing like in the pic or like u state on the post, they come black and dont stick to your feet, they end up leaving a goo on my white bedclothes, but even though they dont stick to ur feet the glue makes ur feet stick to everything else, just avoid at all costs, total waste of money

I found these easy to use and did not experience any mess. I tried these every night for a week and the first thing i noticed was that i felt more energetic and rested when getting up in the morning....i normally struggle. Only had them on 2 nights. They stink badly when you remove them but, they smell slightly before use. Goofed the first time & you get the same effect if you add water, not sure if the foot sweat is all it absorbs as you wear in bed. Will try for a week & update.
