Works well
Love this. Stylish and really warm. Use it daily in my office.

Almost perfect!
Nice little heater. The pop-out stand at the back is flimsy, it broke off within a week. Simple solution though... I permanently glued it back on in the open position. Wont pop-in anymore but at least it stands upright! Apart from the stand I would fully reccomend this super little heater. Works out to about 10p an hour to run, (but it fully heats up a medium sized room in 15 minutes!) So no need for excessive use

Instant warmth , versatile and so cute
So much heat from such a small cute heater. It matches my decor and gives more of a a designer look than other less attractive heaters. A little noisy so I use it to heat the room first often turning off when relaxing. I love DeLonghi style.

Not efficient
I use electric for heating the upstairs and i had one of the older black de longhi ceramic fan heaters 1200w-1600w. But this new one brown and white is 1200w - 1800w. On the bottom setting 1200w which is setting 1 it performs noticably worse than the older model despite both using 1200w on setting 1. I feel where as my old model setting 1 1200w was fine this one requires setting 2 1800w for the same warmth. I suspeced they cut down on the quality of the actual inner heatsink likely cutting down on copper or something for a cheaper less heat conductive metal and when i looked into the unit with a torch i could see they used a silver type metal instead of copper this would explain the poor performance of the units.

Noisy
I have the capsule heater which is perfect for on top of a desk and runts silently. I got this model for under the desk, however it is very noisy, even on setting 1. It has a good heat but difficult to concentrated with the noise.

Very much like my Delonghi toaster...
I have a Delonghi toaster. It has a variety of settings -- but they all one do one of two things: barely tickle the bread with heat, or scorch it to within an inch of its life. This heater must have been designed by the same folks. There are two major settings for the heating elements. One basically feels nonexistent, the other one singes the hairs off my legs! Now I can't be too harsh on a heater that does a VERY good job of heating, but it does mean I am constantly turning it on and off, as my body fluctuates between freezing cold and face-meltingly uncomfortable. The design is pretty, it is nice and portable -- but (because it heats as gently as a small jet engine) it would have been nice to direct the air a bit more appropriately. There are no controls and the heater will only stand at one particular angle. In short, if you need to heat up a small room rapidly -- this will work a treat. If you plan to position this heater anywhere near YOURSELF whilst it is, maybe look at other options?

Simple and effective heater for a small space
Way more powerful than it looks and much smaller than the cheap ones I've had before. Can't heat a concert hall, definitely helps in a wintery bedroom though. Seems solid, but lacks some basic safety features (you can knock it over and it will stay on)
