RIO BROWN LUXURY RECLINING EXECUTIVE HIGH BACK OFFICE DESK CHAIR FAUX LEATHER SWIVEL

Initially I was very disappointed with "SONICONLINE" as I was sent the wrong chair, The chair I received wasn't the Recline version just a standard office chair version... Because of my medical condition the wife & myself didn't notice until we had built the chair that is was the wrong one, with No room in our flat & the hassle of both of us then trying to take the chair apart again to send back wasn't an option we had I'm afraid & so we couldn't send the wrong chair back..I wrote a fairly negative comment to "SONICONLINE" explaining how disappointed we were & the struggle we have with certain things because of my Cancer condition... After I wrote that negative comment within 90 mins of me posting it Sonic rang me up & I was absolutely stunned at how well they dealt with this matter, All the thanks go to "Lisset" from Soniconline who listened to what I had to say & explain my condition & the trouble we have sometimes. Lisset made sure a Correct Recliner chair would be dispatched as soon as possible.Later that day I received an E-Mail to say the chair had dispatched & I received the next day (Thursday 09/07/2015)..... NOW!!!!!!... That in my book is outstanding Customer Service at it's very best, We couldn't return wrong Item but SONICONLINE still sent me out the correct chair & I am now as we speak sat in it & Reclining to my hearts content, It's actually a very Nice Chair, Very comfortable, Not too difficult to put together at all, In fact I was surprised at how easy it was to construct e.t.c...So...... Great Product for the money a real bargain I'd say & it works a treat, No Problems with it at all & too top that off, A FANTASTIC Response from "SONICONLINE", Because of how "Soniconline" dealt with this matter I am more than happy to go shopping with them again for sure in the future :-).....

When the seat arrived and was unpacked there bubble wrap was left on both the bottom and the back parts of the seat. All the other parts were put together however when i came to take the wrapping of the back part of the seat i realised the seat was brown and not black as i ordered.I have to admit the thought of packing it all back and posting the large box back was daunting and ultimately not worth the hassle, so i decided to live with it.So although it is clearly ordered as a black seat i would recommend you check this at the start of your unpacking!On a positive note the seat is comfy and well worth the money, so i would recommend the product.

Took about 30 minutes to assemble. Previous chair assembly helped to avoid previous mishaps. It's a sturdy hair, looks great when assembledMinor niggle, the seating area is not that well padded (for me) so a cushion will be used as it can get a bit uncomfortable over time. Otherwise a good product and buy for the price..Note for assembly: Secure the armrests to the back of the chair first then fix to base. This makes the assembly quick and easy. Doing it later will result in a lot of difficulty unless you have 10 pairs on hands.Edit.A few months down the line and this chair is starting to fail. The arm rest padding is breaking down where the staples stick up and dig into your elbows. The padding in the seat is also breaking down where it gets uncomfortable after a while. Finally the seat is starting to lean slightly to one side.Would I buy this again! No. If you want a good chair look at more professional builds but expect to pay at least £200 for a good chair.

Have this morning taken delivery of a Rio Brown Luxury Reclining Executive High back chair. First thing to say is that it arrived very quickly, transported by Parcel Force - only took three days, and that is for me very quick. The cardboard box it arrived in was ripped with a metal bracket protruding through the box. In my view possibly posing a danger to other goods being delivered. There was a scrape to one of the corners of the chair back but not sufficient for me to contact anybody or ask for a replacement. The second point to make is that this is not a high back chair, it is indeed the same size as the chair it replaced, i.e. Medium size. It is a nice chair though with good and comfortable cushioning. The flat pack instructions although in diagrammatic form still req'd some thought, and are not as straight forward as some other reviewers have suggested. Having spent about a half hour putting it all together by my self - my wife deciding not to become involved until it was complete. I must say i am very pleased with a] The colour - a nice brown, b] The size it will fit under my desk - delighted!! c] The build gives the impression of a comfortable and well constructed and thought out chair design which is safe and very secure.

Utilizo la silla con el ordenador y ahora que llevo ya meses usandola, tengo que decir que estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. En mi caso compré la versión marrón y quiero advertir que no se ve como en la foto, se ve mucho mas oscura, aunque a mi no me disgusta. Es fácil de montar y el mullido es bastante bueno. En mi caso mido 184 cm y el respaldo me resulta cómodo (la he usado intensivamente), eso sí, si alguien es de mi altura con el espaldo sin reclinar que no cuente con apoyar la cabeza, ya que el respaldo supera por poco mis hombros. Con el rspaldo reclinado si puedes coger una postura en la que puedes apoyar la espalda. En resumen, de las sillas que he usado con el ordenador hasta ahora, esta es con la que mas satisfecho me encuentro.

los reposabrazos se deforman con el prtiempo, debieran ponerle algun sistema mas rigido para que duren más tiempo , por lo demas es cómodo y se ve bien

I've bought this item some months ago. The there is y opinion:Positive points:- Is a very comfortable chair for long working days- It appears to be enough resistant since now (I'm on it about 10 hr/day) with no rips nor scratchs on the synthetic leather.- Has a reclinable back pulled with a gas spring- Its seat can swin- It can achive near a flat position- Wheels are finished with white rubber and they dont made any mark on the floor.Points to improve:- Filled foam could be more tighten (I'm on 90 kgs) and sometimes at the end of the day I can feel the base of the seat.- Lumbar support mus be positioned higher. It is linking with the seat and not support in full the lumbar area- Brown color is so dark that I'd in a bit to turn back the item because I was convinced they send me a black chair instead a brown oneConclusions:I'll buy it another time. No doubt about it.

Primero he de decir que la utilizo sobre todo cuando me siento delante del ordenador a "salsear" en internet: leer la prensa, ver algún partido o película... lo típico. También, muy de vez en cuando, para hacer algún trabajillo que requiere una sentada más ergonómica. Sin embargo ya sabéis que delante del ordenador el tiempo a veces pasa volando y sin darte cuenta son muchas las veces que paso horas sentado navegando en internet . Pensé que mucho de este tiempo podría ser medio tumbado, como cuando me siento delante de la tv. Y esta fué el motivo que me animó a comprar esta silla, parecía que servía tanto para utilizarla como silla para los momentos maś activos delante del ordenador y como semi butaca. Pero una vez probada me he dado cuenta que no es cómoda ni para una ni para la otra función. Es incomoda tanto en posición erguida como reclinada porque no sujeta la zona lumbar. Está pensada para ser estéticamente bonita, nada más. El respaldo es alto, mido 1,70 cm. y no lo sobrepaso con la cabeza, pero es imposible apoyar esta de una manera cómoda por la forma antinatural en que el cuerpo se tiene que adaptar a ella. Encima los reposabrazon son altísimos por lo que se siente la sensación de no poder relajar los hombros. En resumen incomodísima. Hasta ahora había utilizado una silla sencilla de esas que venden en los centros comerciales, 50/60€. Era sencilla, no se podía reclinar el respaldo, el mullido era más sencillo, pero por lo menos en posición erguida me sentía cómodo. El color no tiene nada que ver con el de la foto. La foto es de color cuero típico de siempre, la que me han enviado parece negra, aunque observándola detenidamente con mucha luz si que te das cuenta que es un marrón, pero muy muy oscuro.Como positibo destacar que el mullido parece bueno, la imitación piel tiene buen tacto y el montaje es sencillo y rápido. No maś. En resumen si la quieres para "lucir" cómprala, si quieres algo práctico, olvídate de ella, por 50/60 € puedes comprar muchas bastante más comodas.
