I purchased this lovely salad bowl to hold my fruit. It fits beautifully with or without anything in it. The price is exceptional and I love this piece to death. It is chic and goes with practically ANY style, contemporary, modern, traditional and/or country. I highly recommend it!

I was looking for a reasonably priced warm white piece to store in-progress yarn crafts, patterns and supplies--but that could also be used for chips, salad, and popcorn when I have guests. This is a good, versatile size for those purposes. It is a warm white, and because of the rippling, which casts shadows, the piece manages to work with whites and ivories. I have old ivory Gibson dishes--works with those, and it looks great with the white serving pieces that Target always sells. Best of all, it is dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven-to-table safe.** What's not to love?

Beautiful bowl for a very good price. Can use as a salad bowl as well as serving bowl.

Really lovely. Needed a new salad bowl after our 20 year old one began to chip badly. Hard to get out to shop to find a specific item sometimes, especially when you are particular about what you'd like. This bowl is a nice size for a big salad for 4 people, I'd say. The hand-thrown wobbly style of it makes it a bit dressier for a nicer occasion. The walls are delicate and sound like fine porcelain when rung. Concentric rings in the surface texture are attractive, as though something handmade.
