This is an absolute game changer!!! I am a huge fan of cashew milk and have been drinking it for many years. I love in a very rural part of montana and it has become very difficult to get the local store was able to get it in but at the steep price of 7.99/ carton. I use a lot, for everything from my coffee, cereal, protein shakes. It is more cost effective for me to drive 1.5 hours to the nearest larger town to purchase by the dozen. What a hassle this has become. I stumbled across this little gem of a find, and was hesitant to pull the trigger, but I finally was nearing the end of my supply yet again and thought I would finally give it a try. I thought worst case scenario I'm out 20 bucks, best case scenario I've found a shelf stable option to help during winter months when travel can become nearly impossible. I am BLOWN AWAY AT HOW DELICIOUS this is! And absolutely no added ingredients, just creamy, nutty silky cashew milk. I made it as directed on the package for a starting point, went with a 60 second spin in my blender. I transferred it to a blender bottle/ Shaker for the fridge as I anticipate some slight settling, so far this method works great, I can just shake well before I pour out of my blender bottle. I have no idea why I waited so long to try this, if you are a hard core nut milk lover, this is for you. Never stop making this, thank you wilderness poets for a truly game changing product. I can't stop raving about this to my family and friends, who can't wait to give it a shot! I'm glad it comes in a bigger size, as I'll be ordering it next! Sidenote- this was packaged so wonderfully right and secure. I appreciate that there was no way the glass would break during shipping. Protecting this liquid gold until it's final destination. I' don't go through the cartons fast enough, so this is perfect, you can even make it thicker more like cream if needed, I think it works best when made in the blender, good flavor too! It also frees up space! It kind of evens out to buying cartons and it's very easy! I feel like I'm saving money because I'm not throwing away old cashew milk, I just make what I need!

Very delicious, smooth and creamy

Absolutely LOVE Wilderness Poet SPIN organic cashew concentrate!! I prefer cashew milk over almond milk alternatives and this is super creamy and yummy!! LOVE IT!! I started off trying this cashew concentrate and now use it regularly! I have ordered this several times and have stocked up on it, for sure!! Will not go back to store bought cashew milk with all those added ingredients! This is perfect just as is, but can also add a little honey or date syrup if you want to sweeten a little. I blend up a small batch at a time and keeps fresh in the frig for daily use! Great for cooking, too!! YUMMY for various uses!! I also found another organic cashew base alternative (more of a crumble, not a paste) and love that one, too!! SPIN cashew concentrate has turned me into a regular user of these products as I love that it is organic and no other ingredients!! THANK YOU Wilderness Poet for such a great, yummy alternative!!

I purchased this for at-home cashew milk and it's not my first experience with nut butter to milk, but this was a new brand for me. Overall fine, but a lack of flavor and creaminess. I need to use about double the recommended amount to get a sense of some creaminess in my usual matcha latte (just matcha, water, and this which I blend weekly with water and then add to beverages in lieu of dairy milk). Maybe it's because I needed to add extra to get that sense of 'milkiness' but there is a lot of separation no matter how long I blend/froth, no foam, and sediment in every drink. I love the convenience, reduction in packaging, and bit of cost savings from purchasing my usual grocery brand (Elmhurst) but I also use far less of that in each drink. I may try Spin again but it won't be my next purchase.

I was excited to try. Huge disappointment. Flavor horrible. Did not taste like cashus or any nut!
