LPR relief with Veridian. Try this with 9.5ph Alkaline water. It works for me.
I started suffering from LPR a couple years ago and over the last six months it got worse. I did all the research and everything I was suppose to (Dr. Koufman's diet, don't eat 4 hours before bedtime... etc). I improved but not all the way. I tried drinking Alkaline water and it helped but the problem is it wouldn't get to the larynx and airways. So I bought this steam inhaler with the intent to try steam inhaling Essentia 9.5ph water to denature Pepsin in my larynx and airways. It seems to work! I have been using this inhaler a few times a day, including if I feel the symptoms coming on. This unit works great. It sometimes gets pretty hot towards the end of the cycle but you just back off. It is very simple to use. I am posting this review for any LPR sufferers looking for relief. This is definitely worth a try. Also, I could have written a ton more about LPR and why this works, but I didn't want this to be too long and assumed if you have LPR and are here you already have the info. Edit 11-7-17> Unit continues to work great and I can't imagine managing my LPR without it at this point. I use it on average 3 to 4 times a day. I tested the ph of the steam residual and while it drops a full point due to the heating process it is still about 8.5. So it is important to start with the 9.5ph water or above since it needs to be a ph above 8 to denature Pepsin. This is not a cure by any means but rather a treatment of the symptoms, which does help the tissue heal as well. Still trying to get the diet thing right... issues come and go. I hope this helps.

SINUS PROBLEMS? YOU NEED THIS!
I have used 3 nasal steamers over the past 15 years and this is the BEST. 1. All the steamers have some good qualities. I replaced the first one because I used a blend of essential oils, and ruined the pull out tray. I replaced the 2nd one because I ruined the bottom tray in spite of attempting to line it with foil. THIS ONE HOWEVER, so far is perfect! KEEP READING!!! 2. Here’s how it works. You put water in the water reservoir inside the machine. It will boil when you turn it on. The bottom tray has 2 compartments. One has a tube that goes down in the water you put in it. The other compartment is where excess moisture drops through for eventual disposal. ON THIS STEAMER the side with the tube is larger than the other side! Enabling me to insert a small paper cup ( Dixie Bathroom) into the space. Now I can add essential oils to the water safely. After using 2 or 3 times, I replace the paper cup. 3. The excess moisture escapes into the smaller compartment of the tray. 4. Depending upon how long you wish your steam treatment to last, you may want to add a little water to the side with the tube and empty the smaller side. The water boiling in the reservoir lasts as long as needed. IMHO. 5. In addition, this steamer has a larger mask you can use to stem your face. IN CASE YOU ARE WONDERING: the essential oils that I use are Clove, Thyme, & Cinnamon. Hope this helps someone! BUY THIS STEAMER!

Doesn’t work at all not returnable. I should have read better.
This thing has poor design. Ok fine but it just doesn’t work. The unit gets warm but not hot to boil the water. The indicator light is broken. Ugg and I didn’t read well enough to see it is not returnable. What a rip off Amazon We are good customers and this has changed how we feel about your service. Go buy one locally you can return. It’s the first time in my 70 years that something was broken and still delivered.

Seem to work OK for my cold I have not tried it as a face mask yet
I thought it worked OK it wasn’t the best in the world, but I had some really bad congestion going on and it kind of helps. I have not tried it as a face mask yet it might work better for that. I’ll have to try it.

Excellent product. Very satisfied
This machine works perfectly well. The instructions are hard to follow or understand. I just guessed and, sincerely, I might be doing something wrong with the amounts of water that goes in one or the other container... But nevertheless, it creates an incredibly powerful amount of steam and it has helped me greatly with my sinus and cough problems. I have nothing to compare it with, because it is the first time in my life that I've used/bought a steam inhaler. I would highly recommend it. p.s.: UPDATE 8 months alter: TWO STARS LESS My cough (due to allergies--no one can tell) is back. So I am using the inhaler again. I am adding, as I did previously, drops of eucalyptus in the green water tank (the one visible in the picture). Problem is: I am terrified that the inhaler can spit droplets of boiling-hot water against my face. It hasn't happened! But I can hear the water bubble and "pop" inside, as my face is near the little mask, and for some reason I tense up (and jump a mile) each time I hear a "shptic" fearing I'll get injured. After using the inhaler today, I was unable to open the external water tank (green) to clean it. It is stuck. :(
