good but could have been better
It felt like this book didn’t follow the same flow as the other books for me.The ending of the last one felt like it wrapped the story up really nicely and that this book didn’t really need to be read.It felt like the relationship between Helen and Lucas took a huge step back in this one, when in the previous book they were left in such a good place. It just didn’t feel like a natural progression for the characters. And it felt like the main point of the plot was being overlooked a little and rushed, I thought the last 3 chapters or so felt rushed just to be left on a cliff hanger. When the other books had been more detailed and fleshed things put a bit more. However, I did enjoy getting to know more about the Titans and the role they play in the Greek mythology, and seeing more of the Greek Gods coming into the story. And seeing how the Fates have twisted the lives of the characters even more so.I have enjoyed this series and others from the author. I just felt a little let down with this one, I was so excited to read it especially after reading Scions which was brilliant.I hope the next book fleshes things out more, and it expands on things from this book more. It would be great to see what was happening to Lucas during this book to get that side of the story as well. To see how it all plays out in the end.

Do not come into this book expecting answers!Yes we get the resolution of certain outstanding matters, and we get what we think is a kind of happy ending. Suddenly out of the blue .. WHAM !!We are hit with a tidal wave of events that will scar Helen more than Ares did. I cannot believe the last words in this book….***SPOILER****I HATE YOU !We need the next one now !!

A must read!
Josephine has done it again! This book is like a homecoming for those who read the original Starcrossed Trilogy many years ago. An absolute joy and gripping read. Complex characters, surprises and an overall delight to read.It features modernised versions of Greek Mythology, with her own twist on personalities, but the work is still unpredictable- if you need a thrilling, emotional read, that can make you laugh, pull on your heart strings, but also has a plethora of interesting characters. This is your book!

Incredible story and book
The perfect continuation to the Starcrossed series. Josephine Angelini carefully weaves together greek mythology, romance, the complexity of human relationships and adventure to come up with this masterful novel. So brilliantly written. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I cannot wait for the next books being released in the series! A must purchase!!

Timeless: the long-awaited sequel that did not disappoint!
The long-awaited continuation of Helen and Lucas’ story in the Starcrossed series is finally here and Timeless did not disappoint! This YA fantasy/ romance novel is a fast-paced, emotional adventure with your old favourites and some new characters who you can’t help but root for. The impeccable storytelling will make you re-read sentences in awe of the exquisite imagery woven throughout the book. Josephine Angelini is a master at building worlds with badass characters and beautiful words.I re-read Starcrossed, Dreamless and Goddess just prior to sinking my teeth into Timeless, which was a nostalgic journey that reinforced my love for this series, over 10 years later. Timeless continues where we left these characters in Goddess, seamlessly pulling readers in for another adventure in this thrilling modern Greek mythology series. You may need a seat belt to strap in for the plot twists on this rollercoaster ride of emotions, right up to the very last page. Timeless will make you laugh, cry and stare at the pages in a daze – the perfect recipe for a great book that will stay with you.I am eternally grateful to Josephine Angelini and Sungrazer Publishing for the eARC of Timeless, but this did not influence my review. Thank you so much for the privilege to read this stunning book early and know that it has left me eagerly waiting for Outcasts and Endless!*Trigger warnings: death, violence, bullying & (minor: sexual assault, suicide attempt)

for lovers of greek mythology and broken hearts
I've been waiting for a continuation of Lucas and Helen's story since I was 12 and now I've finally been given it. Nostalgia hit me like a brick as I met familiar characters all over again and fell for them just as hard as I did the first time.I've got to admit I'm a massive Orion and Hector lover so I was thoroughly surprised to see how much of them I got to see in this book. The plot was a little slow to develop at first but then it sped up and threw me left, right and centre (In a good way obviously!). I can't even begin to describe the amount of plot twists, but I am happy to say that I actually figured one or two out before they happened. If you want to read about a romance that is destined yet doomed, or the birth of a new generation of gods, or characters who are insanely overpowered then I highly encourage you to pick this up. The series is a whirlwind of romance, tragedy and humour and I cannot wait for the release of Outcasts!!

The Sequel we have been waiting for
This is the sequel that I have been waiting for for more than 10 years. And it is spicy. The tension between *cough* some characters that I don't want to spoiler, is incredible. There are so many aspects to this book that make it great. An interesting plot, new characters, incredible tension between the characters and so much more.I loved seeing some plot points from different perspectives. It was also great to see Lucas and Helen time travel and being on a new quest.Without wanting to say too much: prepare some tissues for the ending. You will be okay but you might need a minute to recover.Such a deep book with an amazing plot line. Couldn't be happier.
