Noticeable changes, jury still out
I stumbled upon this product by accident. I was watching some YouTube videos and decided to incorporate this product into my workout routine. I have been using it for a little over two weeks now. Taking 2 to 3 tablets a day. One in the morning before I eat anything. One in the afternoon before my workout, 30 minutes or so. Then, before I leave for the workout, I will hydrate, eat a small amount of peanut butter and a rice cake or a granola bar with peanut butter just for energy. I want to believe that my energy level and endurance has increased since I have started using this product. However, it’s only been a little over two weeks. I had a blood draw today and will see if there have been any changes in my system. I may post to follow up regarding that. One other benefit I’ve noticed is that my crank endurance and blood flow has also improved. I’m over 50, That in itself is worth trying this product.

I gave this a lower rating due to the size of the tablet. Taking 2 at dinner is challenge that I am sorry to say I have removed from my subscribe & save. I will take these with a strugle untill early 2025. I am already looking for a replacement
